Hi Taylor, thanks for joining us today. We’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
The Silver Spur Mobile Bar journey started back in November 2021. I came home one day after finding a horse trailer for sale on facebook marketplace and told Jake, “Hey I just bought a horse trailer.” As we traveled to pick it up I couldn’t stop brainstorming all the ideas they could do with it. Four months prior my dad passed away unexpectedly and he had always said it would be cool to own a food truck so I carried one of his many dreams with her own touch! I poured my sweat, blood, and tears into the Silver Spur. The Silver Spur’s first event was me and my husbands wedding reception on 10/22/22 on my family farm. We used the trailer as a Beer trailer where it held kegs of and cans of beer to serve. It was a perfect, unique touch to our western themed reception!
Since then we’ve served birthday party’s, hot cocoa bar’s, weddings, and graduation party’s! We are ready & excited to take on any event! Weddings, bridal showers, baby showers, birthday parties, engagement parties, rehearsal dinners, you name it, WE WILL BE THERE to spice up your event and leave your guests with a WOW factor!
Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
I wouldn’t call it a smooth road, i’d say rocky haha but we made it through finally! I bought the trailer with no title so that was my biggest challenge was getting the correct paperwork to get a VIN assigned and it titled and registered. We also had to gut and redo the entire trailer. It was a process but we are ready to market and advertise!

We are a renovated horse trailer turned into a Mobile bar. Our clients always appreciate how their guests love the trailer because it’s a unique aspect to any party. We bring the party to you! Due to laws the client MUST buy and provide the alcohol but we provide everything else needed for a bar. What quality or characteristic do you feel is most important to your success?
Hardwork and determination. It took a lot of labor to get the trailer renovated and lots of paperwork! All worth it!
