Today we’d like to introduce you to Natalie Carroll.
Alright, so thank you so much for sharing your story and insight with our readers. To kick things off, can you tell us a bit about how you got started?
For as long as I can remember, I’ve loved playing with makeup and having spa days, really anything beauty-related.
When the time came to finish high school and choose what I wanted to do, I really couldn’t think of a better career path! I ended up graduating high school a semester early, started at Grabber School of Hair Design, and graduated with my aesthetics license in July of 2018! Since then, I’ve been independent and have owned my own business.
Being a business owner at the age of 19 was something I never saw myself doing, but something that has paid off in every single way. My clients really make everything worth it. Four years later, here we are and it’s had its challenges along the way, but nothing is more rewarding than getting to work with people I love, day in, and day out.
Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way? Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
Being so young, starting out in the industry, building a strong clientele. It has not always been easy, but it’s worth every second in the end.
Can you tell our readers more about what you do and what you think sets you apart from others?
I have my full aesthetics license, with extra training in microblading and micro-needling.
I specialize in and am known for lash extensions but some of my other popular services are brow laminations, dermaplaning, lash and brow tints and lash lifts! I’m most proud of the bond I build with each and every one of my clients, getting to know them personally and becoming friends, hanging outside of work with clients who turn into friends.

Building great relationships with clients and always striving to know there’s always more to be done. I very often find myself adding services to my menu! My clients love it!
