Check Out Aleyc Bryant’s Story

Today we’d like to introduce you to Aleyc Bryant.

Hi Aleyc, so excited to have you with us today. What can you tell us about your story?
My name is Aleyc Bryant, and I am a creative. When you are creative, you think, move, speak, and act differently—growing up as a church kid, singing in the church choir and growing up playing the drums & keyboard in church, and playing in a Marching band where I learned 3 other instruments (trumpet, mellophone, & French horn), thrusting me into a creative world/space that would change my life forever. I started as a photographer by taking pictures of the skies in places such as Cincinnati, Northern Kentucky, St. Louis, Chicago & New Orleans. That opened my eye and heart to be behind the lens.

As I got older, my passions started to change. I not only wanted to express myself through my talents, but I wanted to use those talents/gifts to help others. In my Junior & Senior years of high school, I joined a new church, and we were building from the ground up. I noticed that the organization needed a website and graphics for promotion. So I signed up for a basic digital art class in my junior year, where I learned the basics of Photoshop and basic website development to take care of a need that the organization lacked. I didn’t know that this solution for one person’s problems would become a passion that would make me thousands and connect me with hundreds of people in the future. I’ve been a graphic designer since 2016.

In 2020 during the pandemic, I started my business, “The Bryant Brand, LLC.” The Bryant Brand is an online digital branding & design company that provides personalized branding and marketing strategies for leaders, public speakers, & influencers. We specialize in brand & web design and photography. We strive to help leaders discover their why, find their audience & establish a brand identity that would lead to a personal financial increase, time freedom & maximized potential.

This opened a world of connections, challenges, ups and downs but ultimately, freedom to create and build a life and business I am proud of. In 2022, I started my podcast, “Highly Opinionated Podcast,” where I share personal and spiritual experiences and journeys to freedom, healing, and joy.

Would it have been a smooth road, and if not, what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
The road has not been smooth. It’s one of the bumpiest, twistiest, unpredictable roads I’ve ever been on. One of my biggest struggles was believing in myself. I struggle with self-doubt a lot. I am always grateful to have others who see my potential, even when my eyes are blind.

Can you tell our readers more about what you do and what you think sets you apart from others?
I am a full-time entrepreneur. I am a graphic designer, web designer, photographer, creative director, podcast host & creative coach. I specialize in all things branding and am currently entering the coaching phase of my career, where I encourage other creatives like me who struggle with self-doubt, boundaries, and mental health.

What’s next?
Yes, I plan to open a fully functioning creative training center where other young creatives can get counseled, taught, and created lol. I want his building to be loaded with equipment for people to rent/use in-house to make money until they can get their equipment. I understand what it means to have a passion and a drive to do something but lack the resources to do so.
