Today, we’d like to introduce you to Tina Adams-Turnipseed. Tina was introduced to us by the brilliant and talented Te’Ara Arman.
Hi Tina, we’re so thrilled to have you sharing your story with us today. Maybe we can kick things off by having you introduce yourself to our readers? We’d love to have you go into your story and how you got to where you are today.
I am Tina Adams-Turnipseed. I am the wife of Lonnie Turnipseed Sr. We have been married 29 years and together for 43. We have one son Lonnie Turnipseed Jr. ad 35 God-children that we treat like they are our own. I Work full-time as the District MIS Coordinator/Systems Administrator for the Riverview Gardens School District & I am a serial entrepreneur. I am the CEO & Owner of TSEED Executive Productions & Extravagant Events, Chez TSEED by TSEED’s Kitchen, L.T. Novelty and Gifts, The Founder and Executive State Director of BWNMOIL (Black Women Networking Missouri Illinois) & The Midwest Regional State Director.) Our organization is here to create a sisterhood that celebrates, edifies, supports, elevates, and holds accountable the whole woman. We would like to help you become entrepreneurs, executives, leaders, advocates, supporters, interns, students, professionals, new beginners, dreamers, or whatever your aspirations are in life. We want to support your ventures to get you to the next level. Elevation is Key. We are the sisterhood everyone is looking for. We want you to excel in all areas of your life. we are your accountability partner. We help you set goals and give you the resources to help you achieve them. We hold workshops and conferences to help you realize your purpose and passion.
We have a Kidpreneur program that helps children build a legacy by starting legal businesses and mentoring program for girls called Diamondz and Daughters of Destiny that encourages and provides enrichment and etiquette for girls 4-21 We help them to find purpose in their life will Instilling self-love and values along with teaching abstinence before marriage.
We give community givebacks and adopt families and Seniors graduating from high school to give them a fresh start in college. We do service projects for the homeless and more.
I also am the silent partner to 2 of my son’s businesses TSEED Grafix and TGFX.TV. TGFX is a new ROKU Channel for independent artists. There is so much more.
I am here today a living testimony and walking miracle to tell you that no matter what situation or circumstance you are going through God will make a way for the gift he has given you. I have multiple illnesses and God is using me to help people through my journey. He uses my journey to give strength to others.

So, as we mentioned to our audience earlier, you were introduced to us by Te’Ara Arman and Te’Ara Speaks and we really admire them and what they’ve built. For folks who might not be as familiar, can you tell them a bit about your experience with Te’Ara Speaks.
Te’ara is my mentee and a part of my Black Women Networking Organization. She joined the organization not knowing exactly what it was she wanted to do or what to expect from the organization, but God had spoken to me and shown me that she would be an author, a motivational speaker, and more. She was very timid and unsure of herself when we first met. She even told me that she would not be doing any of the things I had seen. I saw something in her that she had not yet seen in herself. Through mentorship and sisterhood, lots of accountability sessions, and surrounding herself with like-minded individuals that only have her best interest at heart, she began to come out of her shell and accept the gifts that God had given her and begin to utilize them to her best ability. She was pushed to her purpose through her passion. She is now an international motivational speaker and purpose coach. She has an amazing podcast on all platforms and now has her own talk show Te’Ara Speaks on Roku on the TGFX Channel, If you don’t have Roku you can catch her on TGFX.TV or Youtube..
Te’Ara is a purpose coach. She has written several self-care journals that will inspire you and make you Dare to be different, Live to Inspire, and make you Be who you are meant to be. Self-care is very important to you so she caters to the importance of it through the books journals and self-care boxes she sells.
I love everything she is doing with our youth. Daring Inspired Youth gets our children college and career ready. She helps students in her program get ready for the ACT Test She also assists with scholarships, confidence building, and more.
We partner with our youth groups. We utilize self-esteem-building techniques to teaching them how to become self-sufficient entrepreneurs. We have a year-end celebration called the Daring Inspired Youth Gala. It is for the youth by the youth we give away scholarships to students from Elementary, Middle School, and High School. The event is all done by the youth.
Te’Ara is very easy to work with she takes suggestions and advice well and is always ready for constructive criticism if it will help her in the long run
I love Te’Ara and her family. She is now coming into her own and gaining balance in her work life and family life. She has the most adorable little boy . Kevin who is a kidpreneur himself. I love watching her interactions with her husband and son. They are the cutest. I am very proud of the woman she has become her growth is phenomenal. She is a true inspiration to all who meet her.
