Antione, we appreciate you taking the time to share your story with us today. Where does your story begin?
I was introduced to real estate by my friend and business partner, Mark Butler when I purchased my first home in 2011. It was a great experience finding a home, and very educational.
A few years later, my friend Mark asked if I’d like to partner with him in opening a real estate brokerage. At the time, my background was exclusively in personal finance, yet I had a knack for connecting with people.
With my financial background, and experience providing advice, it was an easy decision for me.
We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
No, it hasn’t been a smooth road. But it has been worthwhile. The old saying goes, there is beauty in the struggle!
Our struggle from the beginning was being able to juggle a growing business and maintaining a good work/life balance.
Each year, our business revenue exceeded previous years’ revenue, substantially. The first few years were focused on expanding our brand. After eight years in business, we believe our brand has made a positive imprint on the local real estate scene.
Our future focus has been on attracting amazing talent and expanding our business into other markets. Growth comes with struggles, but so far it has been worth the ride.
