Life & Work with Imesh Fallee

Today we’d like to introduce you to Imesh Fallee.

Hi Imesh, so excited to have you on the platform. So before we get into questions about your work life, how can you bring our readers up to speed on your story and how you got to where you are today?
I was always fond of the creative world, but the road leading to it was very hard. Living in Mauritius, the orthodox community does not see it as a thriving career. Still, I put what I do, which is create, design, and innovate, as a top priority in my life. I convince myself to learn and try instead of waiting for others to teach me.

Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall, and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
Like I said previously, it was not. I did try to jump into automobile engineering first, but I asked myself what my passion relies on. It’s essential to question yourself. By the age of 21, I started learning how to design properly, and I am nearly completely done. It took almost 6 years to become a professional

Alright, so let’s switch gears a bit and talk business. What should we know about your work?
I am a creative person because I am not one to limit my creative output and processes. Lately, I have been diving into the 3D World and Augmented reality design. It is fun to do, especially when you can achieve a limitless design. However, my best work would be the tool kit I designed; it was a game card I made for an NGO. It is essential to value printing in this digital world era.

Let’s end by discussing what matters most to you and why.
What matters most is the quote, “Do not take life so seriously but know your worth.” These words have kept me doing so much, knowing I am worth every penny and that my life, family, and friends are with me and want to put me on the right path. Also, why not enjoy what you are doing? I see many people everywhere every day working and living without thriving; to me, that’s a reality I do not see myself. I want my mood to appeal rightfully to my profession.
