Meet Ebony Rumbles

Today we’d like to introduce you to Ebony Rumbles.

Hi Ebony, we’re thrilled to have a chance to learn your story today. So, before we get into specifics, maybe you can briefly walk us through how you got to where you are today?
My story is simple. I went to Dallas right niece’s sweet 16 and she had a photobooth. It was so neat.

The adults were having more fun than the children. I asked my sister how much was the service and when she told I thought we needed one here in STL. I got home and found it.

I purchased it within 30 days and my business has been growing since then. Currently, I’m blessed. I consistently stay booked and mostly by word of mouth.

We are now franchising and have Flicked Up Dallas which just launched. That’s so huge.

Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way? Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
There have been struggles as I launched in the middle of a pandemic. We didn’t know where things were going when it first started. But things are definitely looking up now that we are trying to get back to some kind of normalcy.

Appreciate you sharing that. What else should we know about what you do?
By day, I’m a corporate world diva. I work in the Healthcare sector and have been for many many years. By evening I’m your favorite photo booth operator.

What does success mean to you?
I define success as setting a goal and reaching it. Rather monetarily or not. Everyone’s level of success looks different.
