Hi, “The WallStreet Wop” it’s an honor to have you on the platform. Thanks for sharing your story with us – to start, maybe you can share some of your backstories with our readers.
I funded Heart Of The Hustle Clothing in 2018 with my wife, Amanda. We’re an inclusive urban fashion brand with style for everyone, Affordable, Attainable, + Sustainable💻featured @forbes @wsj @entrepreneur. I have designed for actors Wesley Snipes, Mickey Rourke, and Omar Gooding as well as we’ve sponsored 3 major UFC title fights in our first year in business (2018) been endorsed & designed for UFC Stars Colby Covington, Marlon Moraes, Dustin Poirier as well as rapper Snoop Dogg and Run DMC’s DMC, and NBA Player Devontè Graham (New Orleans Pelicans) Frankie Loyal (The Mayans) Social Media Guru) Gary Vaynerchuk & WWE’s Stephanie McMahon

Can you talk to us about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way? Would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
Nothing in life is easy on the less traveled road in attaining success; I’d have to say during Covid/the pandemic was our most difficult struggle to date.

I’m a Celebrity Fashion Designer/ Wardrobe Stylist. I customize Urban Fashion Apparel, An Inclusive Urban Fashion Brand —with style for everyone. Affordable, Attainable, + Sustainable. All of our fabric is imported from Egypt. It was known for having “The Softest Shirts In The City.” What sets our brand apart from others is that You can’t buy our apparel in any local store. You have to come to us directly to purchase; the proudest brand-wise would be that we’ve been able to change lives with our brand name. This heart of the hustle” is bigger than just us. This speaks to the everyday entrepreneur waking up daily trying to make it happen and overcoming what life’s thrown at them; we want the readers to know that our brand is simple “Every experience with us is a timeless stamp.” Our brand also offers distribution and brand development for local brands coming up. And I’ll say this I’m the greatest guerrilla marketer ever to come to Kansas City, Missouri.

What are your plans for the future?

  • To be the greatest at what I do
  • To have a brick-and-mortar physical store location
  • To have a few companies wrapped vehicles
