Daily Inspiration: Meet Adrianna Webb-Hudson

Today we’d like to introduce you to Adrianna Webb-Hudson.

Hi Adrianna, thanks for sharing your story with us. To start, maybe you can tell our readers some of your backstory.
When I started my journey in social work, it wasn’t just about helping others—it was about healing myself. I entered the field because I understood firsthand what it meant to grow up in communities where mental health wasn’t talked about, where resilience was survival, and where systems often failed those who needed the most support. Social work became a calling, not a job.

Over time, I realized that in order to truly serve others, I had to first learn how to serve myself. That meant unlearning patterns, setting boundaries, and committing to self-love—not the trendy kind, but the radical, daily practice of choosing myself. Self-love became the foundation for how I show up as a therapist, as a healthcare consultant, and as a woman building her own business.

My business isn’t just about strategy or systems—it’s about care, culture, and community. I help healthcare organizations and individuals bridge the gap between clinical practice and compassionate service. I use my lived experience and clinical expertise to build trauma-informed, people-first solutions that honor the dignity of every patient, provider, and caregiver.

Being an entrepreneur in this space means honoring my roots in social work while carving out new paths where empathy and leadership go hand in hand. My story is proof that when you love yourself enough to bet on your vision, you can transform pain into purpose—and purpose into power.

Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
Absolutely with guidance

As you know, we’re big fans of you and your work. For our readers who might not be as familiar what can you tell them about what you do?
One of the most interesting and important aspects of my profession is my work in cannabis education and advocacy. I help individuals and healthcare providers understand the therapeutic benefits of cannabis in mental health and chronic care management—particularly for underserved and misunderstood communities. This work is about breaking stigma, offering science-backed education, and empowering people to explore healing options beyond traditional systems.
