Today we’d like to introduce you to Aaron Eller.
Alright, so thank you so much for sharing your story and insight with our readers. To kick things off, can you tell us a bit about how you got started?
While I was in college I started my Real Estate Investing company, Cash Offer Man. I bought and sold my first house in a couple months and never looked back. Now 2 years later I have closed 30+ deals and work full time to grow and scale the business.
Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
It has been a great journey but to many it probably hasn’t been the smoothest road. I look at all the challenges I face as learning opportunities to become better and more experienced and that mindset has helped me stay in business and get to where I am today. My biggest struggles is being able to manage all the moving parts in an efficient manner. To succeed as a Real Estate Home Buying company you have to be good at sales, marketing, and manage all the transactions at the same time.
As you know, we’re big fans of Cash Offer Man. For our readers who might not be as familiar what can you tell them about the brand?
Cash Offer Man is a home buying company based out of St. Louis. We work with home owners who want to sell their houses in AS-IS condition usually for all cash. There are many different reasons people work with us, but we specialize in buying houses that need work done, where it wouldn’t pass an inspection for a conventional buyer. We are proud to be a local company. I grew up in St. Louis and run my business here, which brings me great joy to try and make the city a better place one house at a time.
We’d love to hear about how you think about risk taking?
I am a very big risk taker, I believe the absolute greatest risk in the world is taking no risk. I try and push what I think is possible to achieve more and do more on a daily basis. I have failed many times getting to where I am today and I have never looked back in regret at a failure. I regret the things I didn’t pursue which is why I try and take as much risk as possible because I know I wont be mad if I failed and will probably learn valuable experience during it.
