Alright, so thank you so much for sharing your story and insight with our readers. To kick things off, can you tell us a bit about how you got started?
My passion for skin care started when I was a little girl. It only grew as I got older and I knew I was meant to be an Esthetician. I was hired on at Ginger Bay Salon and Spa upon graduation with the dreams to have my own business one day. I worked at the spa for 21 years then decided it was time for me to do what I had dreamed of, owning my own business! Here I am now after 5 years of being on my own I couldn’t be happier. Doing what I love, owning my own business in Historical Downtown Kirkwood.
Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
Has it been a smooth road? Of course not! Taking the leap to have your own business is scary! There was lots of construction that came along with my studio. Once I made it beautiful it was time to work! Then that’s when the real hustle began. Being on your own comes with lots of hard work and dedication. I had to learn how to juggle being solo. Working 12 hour days to finish with clients to only then find the time to answer the calls and texts, scheduling appointments, answering emails, cleaning, doing loads of laundry daily to have fresh sheets and towels, doing the inventory and placing orders to mention a few… then having the time for your own family and personal life can be challenging. With that all said it has been worth every second!

I am an Esthetician with over 25 years experience specializing in skincare and helping clients achieve their best possible results.
I offer a variety of services including facials, HydraFacials, advanced peels and lash lifts.
I am most proud of the results my clients achieve and the excitement they share!
The majority of my clientele started with me 25 years ago, and I have gained many more through word of mouth, which is the biggest compliment. What sets me apart is my genuine care for my clients. I truly believe in the healing power of touch and want every client to relax, enjoy the experience, and leave feeling their best
I tell clients before we start that snoring is a compliment!

I love to cross promote! I work in such a great community and love supporting all the fabulous places to shop, have cocktails or grab a bite to eat. I get asked all the time about where to eat or where to shop. If someone were to ask where to get the best facial I would love nothing more than someone to hand my business card and mention my name!
