With nearly a decade of experience in the jewelry industry, I have established myself as a designer known for blending artistry, craftsmanship, and modern luxury. As the founder of Mulatto Designs Jewelry, I transform precious metals and gemstones into meaningful works of wearable art, creating pieces that celebrate individuality and timeless elegance. Featured in InStore Magazine and recognized for his growing influence in the industry, I attempt to redefine accessible luxury while building a brand rooted in creativity, authenticity, and exceptional design
We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
As a growing jewelry brand, one of the biggest challenges is building awareness and trust in a highly competitive market. Establishing credibility, reaching new customers, and balancing growth while maintaining exceptional quality and personalized service requires constant focus. However, each challenge has been an opportunity to refine the brand, strengthen customer relationships, and continue creating pieces that reflect the values and vision of Mulatto Designs Jewelry

I am the founder and designer behind Mulatto Designs Jewelry, where I create fine jewelry that blends timeless craftsmanship with modern luxury. I specialize in custom jewelry design, helping clients transform their ideas, milestones, and personal stories into one-of-a-kind pieces that can be cherished for generations. From engagement rings and custom pendants to everyday luxury pieces, my focus is always on quality, attention to detail, and meaningful design.
What I am most proud of is building a brand from the ground up while earning the trust of my clients and growing a community that appreciates both the artistry and emotional significance of fine jewelry. Being featured in InStore Magazine and seeing my designs become part of my clients’ most important life moments are accomplishments I value deeply.
What sets me apart is my combination of industry experience, personal service, and genuine passion for design. I take the time to understand each client’s vision and work closely with them throughout the process, ensuring every piece feels unique and personal. Rather than simply selling jewelry, my goal is to create lasting connections and meaningful pieces that tell a story, reflect individuality, and become treasured heirlooms for years to come.
Are there any books, apps, podcasts or blogs that help you do your best?
My favorite book is ‘The Go-Giver’, it shows you through the art of giving and persistence mixed with good intentions, things have a way of working itself out for the better. Also, technology plays a vital role in my work as a jewelry designer by allowing me to bring ideas to life with greater precision, creativity, and efficiency. Through CAD design software, I can create detailed 3D models that help clients visualize their custom pieces before production begins. Social media and digital marketing platforms allow me to showcase my work, connect with clients, and build relationships with a broader audience. Technology also helps streamline communication, sourcing, and design revisions, making the custom jewelry experience more collaborative and accessible. Ultimately, it enables me to combine traditional craftsmanship with modern innovation to create exceptional jewelry tailored to each client’s vision
