
Today we’d like to introduce you to Charles Beis.
Hi Charles, please kick things off for us with an introduction to yourself and your story.
My stepfather, who I have been with since the age of 5, got a job digging sewers and waters for a plumbing company around the time he joined our family! I spent a lot of summers and weekends in my teenage years working for that company, meeting the guys, and learning the trade.
After graduating high school and finishing up some college classes I started while in my senior year, I decided to work the summer for that company while I figured out what I wanted to do. After 5 years with them, my father split off on his own with a partner, then eventually just on his own… I was the first/only employee at that point with my little brother soon joining.
We spent 15 total years together, 10 growing his company, training new hires, while I ran equipment for new sewer/water installs, residential/commercial service calls, and multi-million dollar new home builds! His company taught me every side of plumbing and some of the behind the scene obstacles as well. Having my own ideas and vision for the company, my father being a young guy in age and business, I didn’t have an option to implement any of them. So after years of 7 day weeks, long hours, and honestly arguing with family overwork, I put in my notice and went out on my own! I did get a mortgage license and insurance license as the plumbing was not what I wanted to do initially!
After spending 2 years on the fence, living day-to-day, we found a plumbing business coach, borrowed money on credit cards to pay for it along with most of our bills. 6 months in with them, my wife had quit her nursing job to help in the office, I started reading more books, and listening to Be Obsessed or Be Average by Grant Cardone, I made the decision to grow and make this the best shop with all my vision I had before! We doubled in size and revenue every year since then while maintaining high quality and customer satisfaction!
We have since gotten into other groups, continue to grow, give our team a great work environment, and give back to our community! Our team is full of guys/girls in the office that has become great friends making it more of a family-like company with minimal issues! Our 2022 target is to add more to the team in the areas we are short on, give back more (we love to give to local causes, animals, sports org, and children), as we continue to provide the best plumbing experience possible even in cases of emergency!
Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
The start of the business was filled with your typical story of long days, weekends, no money, etc. I had jobs that required help, my plumbing friends worked so I had to work full Saturdays and/or Sundays with their help based on availability. Supply house bills stacked up, contractors drug out payments, really you name it! The first 2-3 years were full of a lot of “I’m done with this” days!
Appreciate you sharing that. What else should we know about what you do?
We are your go-to plumber for all your residential plumbing needs! Our team carries a ton of major parts for our most common issues locally, and after talking with our amazing office staff, telling them your plumbing struggles, the appointment will be booked and our team member will have the parts required for your repair on them upon arrival.
We do commercial service along with high-end custom homes as well, however, our largest area remains to be the best residential repair shop in town!! From the time you make contact either through the web, Facebook, or a direct call, you talk to an upbeat professional that you will feel like you know personally after the call!

Our team is rewarded not on sales, but on 5-star reviews. This is the type of service we want to provide and expect from everyone on our team! We have a set of core values for the company that we live by, and although everyone has a slip once in a while, we want to talk with you to make sure everything is remedied before the close of the job!
We are upfront with all pricing, we can typically give you prices over the phone with pics to one of our service managers, and once accepted, the only changes are if made by the customer, there will be no hidden fees or charges from our company!!
All of our team are background checked locally and through Google to give you peace of mind while they are in your home!
