Hi Alonzo, we’re thrilled to have a chance to learn your story today. So, before we get into specifics, maybe you can briefly walk us through how you got to where you are today?
I started ZoWash Auto Detailing Spa in August of 2019. I began Detailing friends and family vehicles at a low rate in return for Promotional content and video recording of my Detailing processes. After a few months, I began promoting the company on social media which then cause a lot of inquiries about my Detailing service. Shortly after starting the company from my home garage, I began offering mobile detailing services to the St Louis Metro Area where I would detail their vehicles at the clients’ homes or businesses.
After 2 years, my business grew into high end detailing and then I began offering paint correction and scratch removal Restoration. When I began Detailing I did not have a background or credible history in automobile Restoration I just had a great passion for the industry which led me into opening a detailing service company. My professional background is in Civil Engineering which I still do full time along with managing ZoWash Auto Detailing Spa part time.
Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
Owning ZoWash Auto Detailing Spa has been a pleasurable rewarding skillset with very few struggles. Naturally, I am a people person and enjoy interacting with clients by assuring them of the processes and safety measures that I use while detailing. There have been a few struggles such as scaling the business, low availability for new clients and scheduling conflicts with work, raising a family and operating a business simultaneously but the rewards have outweighed the struggles thus far.

I am known for creating knowledgeable satisfying detailing videos on social media which have generated hundreds of thousands of views and notariato in the detailing world global. I am most proud of my endurance and attention to detail, every vehicle that I inspect and Detail receives the highest care possible along with a maintenance care package and knowledge of how to maintain the vehicle until the next scheduled detail.
