Hi Wavez, we’d love for you to start by introducing yourself
Well, I am Wavez commonly known as Iamwavez or Wavez Joestar I am a content creator, voice actor, director, editor, VFX artist, model writer, poet, and social media marketer. Originally, I was a youtuber/ filmmaker making web series and skits all throughout the city with special effects and action stunts! the film crew started out with 2 people and grew to 2o over the time! I truly wanted to become a influencer because of a promise I made with someone that was very important to me that passed away that we would become big influencers not just big influencers but #1! in the process of making films I started making TikToks with my film crew and friends and started to gain followers at a rapid speed! from making viral videos that has over millions of views seen all around the world! but once covid started though filming became very difficult so I had to find a way to show my talents on Tik Tok in a different way so at 3 am on the phone with my girlfriend I thought to myself since I am such a great editor that maybe I could take out the voices from an anime scene and input my voice and the Road of becoming a voice actor started!!! so I would post the video with the scene and my voice edited in and have my face under it showing that it was actually my voice and so I started the bridge for voice actors to make videos on Tik Tok! after doing fandubs for a certain time I started to get offers from different artist and companies to voice in upcoming projects! my first ever job was to become the voice actor Of Kurisu in Chikara power of god a manga that is based of the anti-Christ taking over the world and god choosing these 12 young adults to save it! I have been a professional voice actor for over a year now and have gotten over 3o different roles and even have a professional voice acting coach! I hope to get an agent soon and be able to go mainstream and voice on cartoon shows, animes, and even video games
Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not, what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
I have a track record of being told no 99% of the time from emailing agents to just hitting up companies asking can I voice commercials for them or even make the commercial myself!
Struggles along the way has to be the voice acting community and how I’m hated because I got to become a professional voice actor at such a fast speed because I am a well-established content creator lol, they kinda look at that as cheating! like using my Tik Tok account and my numbers to get hired other than voice actors that have been training for 5 years and are just now getting jobs!

I do TikTok videos but it’s always different sometimes it is voice-overs and other days it could just be TikTok trends! I specialize in voice acting, editing, filming, directing but I have been commonly known for voice acting and with my amazing yell! I don’t know what it feels like to be proud of myself yet! I haven’t worked hard enough yet! I personally believe that I won’t be satisfied until I book my first mainstream cartoon or anime gig and maybe even then I’m just gonna want more and start working even harder than I am now! what sets me apart from others… no one wants it as bad as me and I’m gonna be the best! I’m gonna be #1! no one works hard as me and no one deserves it more than me!
The crisis has affected us all in different ways. How has it affected you and any important lessons or epiphanies you can share with us?
Yes, that the internet can really create your career and that you should live life to the fullest it’s no point to tiptoe through life to arrive safely to death
