Hi Jordan, we appreciate you taking the time to share your story with us today. Where does your story begin?
I began my career in Vail, Colorado, as an Audio Visuals Coordinator for a company that later merged with PSAV (formally known as Encore). Over five exciting years, I led many event operations and earned recognition. Seeking new challenges, I moved to Dubai, where I led and directed an elite audio-visual team. Together we managed thousands of high-end audiovisual installations, including for government, concerts, conferences, etc. After honing my skills and expanding my experience abroad, I returned to the United States to establish my venture. In the Greater St. Charles/St. Louis Area, I founded SnapPro AV, an Elite IT, and A/V Systems Integration company. We specialize in turnkey luxury residential and commercial audio, visual, high-performance home theaters, media rooms, smart home automation, and commercial office technology solutions; we’re now regarded as a first-class service provider. My journey so far has easily been marked by continuous learning, adaptation, and dedication to offering people state-of-the-art technologies and exceptional customer service. Today, my mission is to connect people with their world through smart technology to create a better quality of living and always offer the latest and greatest solution.
It wasn’t obstacle-free, but would you say the journey has been fairly smooth so far?
The journey to where I am today hasn’t been without its share of hurdles. Starting SnapPro AV in Saint Louis demanded navigating a competitive landscape, establishing the brand, gaining our first clients’ trust, continually staying on top of rapidly evolving technology in our industry, and relentless learning and adaptability. Working in Dubai presented challenges, too, adapting to a new cultural and business environment to understand the local market demands different from that of the United States. Despite the challenges, each one offered invaluable lessons that pushed my entrepreneurial spirit and passion for solving problems and creating solutions to help others with the right technology applications.
