Today we’d like to introduce you to Jeremy Carter
Hi Jeremy, so excited to have you with us today. What can you tell us about your story?
I was born and raised in Los Angeles California. I started making music around 1994-95. I had my 1st official song placement on an independent album called ‘Connect The Dots-Music4AllCities’ in 1999. Then I co-produced a track on an album for the Visionaries the following year in 2000. I have been creating instrumental albums ever since.
I’m sure it wasn’t obstacle-free, but would you say the journey has been fairly smooth so far?
My son was born in 2001. At that point my son’s mother decided it was a good idea to raise our son somewhere safer. We’ve lived in Vegas, Virginia and Tampa, FL. Following personal situations out of my control,we moved my son to North Carolina and I moved back to Virginia to be closer to him. I recently had some more personal situations arise which brought me to the St.Louis area,where I currently am working on my next musical project.
Can you tell our readers more about what you do and what you think sets you apart from others?
I am an independent beat maker. I have been releasing instrumental albums thru all platforms for years. I work a regular job and focus on continuing to realease new projects regularly.
What are your plans for the future?
I will continue to release new music and more often as well as continue on my journey for personal growth.
