Hi Sons Of Val, we’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
Sons of Val is a dynamic brother duo hailing from St. Louis, MO, comprised of Bradd Young and Vega Heartbreak. Bradd’s musical journey began early, singing in church and recording his first studio song at the age of 14. Vega followed suit, initially diving into producing and later transitioning into rapping under Bradd’s mentorship.

Both Bradd and Vega have made significant contributions to the music industry, both together and individually. They have produced for an impressive roster of national acts, including Jeezy, Maxwell, Yolanda Adams, Bone Thugs-n-Harmony, Yo Gotti, Nelly, and others.

Earlier this year, Sons of Val released their first single “So Chic” from their highly anticipated upcoming EP “Best You Ever Had”, generating significant buzz and fanfare. Their latest single, “Like It’s Your Birthday,” is rapidly gaining traction across all social media platforms, becoming a favorite for user-generated content (UGC).

With a unique blend of experience, talent, and brotherly synergy, Sons of Val continues to capture the hearts of fans and make waves in the music industry.

Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
Our most pressing struggle is being consistent with social media, because we live and work in between LA, Las Vegas, and St Louis, We have open production projects together and individually that keep of business. It’s just so much studio footage that we can record and upload before people get bored…believe it or not, studio life isn’t always glamorous.

Alright, so let’s switch gears a bit and talk business. What should we know about your work?
Well, we’re both Artists, Producers, and Songwriters with a similar skill set but different specialties. Our knowledge of music theory and history makes it easier to deliver high quality music. We are known for our versatility being able to adapt to the needs of our clients. We pride ourselves in the consistent quality of our work.

What quality or characteristic do you feel is most important to your success?
We would say respecting our talents by honing our skills, challenging ourselves, working continuously, and keeping an open mind.
