Hi Ora, can you start by introducing yourself? We’d love to learn more about how you got to where you are today?
In 2019, I was pretty much exhausted by my extreme hair loss. My constant visits to the hairdresser made me even more frustrated. Therefore, with my background being in the mental health field. I decided to explore and research natural alternatives that would help to aid in my hair growth. To my surprise, I embarked on a concept known as RICE WATER! I learned how the Yao women, a culture who come from Huangluo Yao Village in China grew their hair to record lengths by this time, I was willing to give anything a try. Much to my astonishment, the product worked and I was able to grow my hair from shoulder length to mid-length within a couple of months. Needless to say, I was sold and as I shared this experience with family and friends, they too were seeing amazing results. I knew plants were essential in maintaining optimal health and beauty. Thus 26 products were formed and I haven’t look back!
Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
Perhaps the biggest struggle was when the world stops in March 2020. At this time, many businesses had to pivot including ours. We went from constantly going to various shows/events to coming to a complete stop and our business took a hit. Needless to say, we were able to stay afloat due to our online presence, such as social media and word of mouth. I was also awarded a grant which helped out a great deal and led to another business called the BUILD GR8NESS NETWORK. The build gr8ness network is a site dedicated to helping businesses find funding for their business. So what seemed like a challenge in the beginning turned out to be a blessing in the end!

THE GR8FULL COMPANY is a health and wellness company that specializes in hair care, men’s care, skincare, herbal supplements, herbal teas and now the home. Each one of our products are created from nature and manufactured for efficiency to yield amazing results. The Gr8full company was produced out of the pure need for simple and holistic virtue. My role as CEO and founder is to continue to pursue and create products that will not only become a staple in people’s lives but in the home as well. More and More individuals are yearning for optimal natural health and that’s what THE GR8FULL COMPANY will be known for. As for what sets us apart from others, I would say our commitment to educate those willing to learn about herbal health and a plant-based all-natural lifestyle. This is seen throughout all platforms, including our YouTube channel. This is what we’re most proud of, helping others and educating others to do the same. In all, we want our readers to know that we will continue to serve and produce products that are going to be conducive to great and overall health.
In terms of your work and the industry, what are some of the changes you are expecting to see over the next five to ten years?
As mentioned, I believe that society is heading towards a new trend of more health-conscious individuals. For instance, take a look at the current climate and how it affects advertisement. Many of today’s commercials are becoming more and more health-conscious. As for THE GR8FULL COMPANY in 5-10 years, I’d like to say that we had something to do with that. Our plans are to continue to make quality all-natural products but on a bigger scale. We look forward to growth and serving our communities.
