Hi Chloe’, we’re thrilled to have a chance to learn your story today. So, before we get into specifics, maybe you can briefly walk us through how you got to where you are today?
I started in Weddings and Events as my internship in college. I knew I wanted to be in hospitality but my thought was, as a restaurant manager. However, my professor wanted our internships to be something in the hospitality industry that was new to us. So….. I picked weddings and events. I fell in LOVE! I loved the idea of making a venue different from day to day. No weddings are the same and I help make that happen. I have worked for a few different venues and catering companies over the past decade and have even left the events industry for a few years. The experience and knowledge I have learned everywhere truly have helped me with my company.
I started my company to help make your wedding day truly stress-free for bride and groom, family, and friends. No matter if we are providing day-of wedding coordination, month of management, full planning for your upcoming dinner party, or full-service planning including decor rental and catering for your little one’s birthday. We take pride in making everything absolutely perfect. We do not only want to meet your expectations but we want to exceed them!
We are always looking for ways to grow and better our company. We take it one day at a time!
We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
Has it been a smooth road? Yes and no. I think this depends on the day and the time you are asking. There are always ups and downs as a business owner and a new business. I officially opened my company right before Covid hit the area. Fortunately, for me the fact that it was a side job I wasn’t as impacted as I could have been if it was my full-time career. However, there are still so many things I have to learn about owning a business, but I think that is for everyone. You don’t open a business knowing exactly how everything is going to go. You are planning all you can and hoping for the best outcome. Being a business owner is like being on a roller coaster every day and we are here for the ride!

Chloe and Company Events is an event design and coordination company that specializes in intimate weddings. We also offer full and impartial planning for all your event needs.
Our goal for all of our events is that the host, family, and friends can truly be stress-free and know everything is taken care of for them! We don’t want anyone worrying about setup or coming up with a timeline and making sure all vendors stick to it or worrying about cleanup at the end of the night. We are there to ensure that everything goes smoothly and is just as you imagined. No matter how big the details are or how small nothing gets overlooked.
We try to make our packages as all-inclusive as possible. We will help plan and coordinate the details, provide the decor and create an amazing menu for your event with our in-house chef. We want to be your one-stop-shop for everything weddings and events.
What matters most to you?
What matters most to me is the relationships that I gain with all of my events. I get to know each and every couple, mom, best friend, etc. Those relationships do not just disappear after the event themselves. We gained a relationship as we made their event come to life. And I want to stay in touch. Maybe one day I’ll do an anniversary party for a bride and groom that I plan their wedding years ago. Or maybe I’ll do a sister’s wedding from a previous couple. Or maybe each year I get the opportunity to help plan an amazing birthday. The relationships to me grow each year with each event. And I’m excited to see what relationships we get next! We are excited to add venue consulting and management to things we now offer!
