Today we’d like to introduce you to Kristen Hanff
Alright, so thank you so much for sharing your story and insight with our readers. To kick things off, can you tell us a bit about how you got started?
I launched my business Simplified Services in June of 2022, & I slowly grew my business by offering the skills that I had. Since then, all clients have come from referrals and for that I am grateful. I believe that when you treat people well, and you take care of your clients, they will in turn take care of you, by telling others about the services that you have to offer.
I’m sure it wasn’t obstacle-free, but would you say the journey has been fairly smooth so far?
It definitely hasn’t been a smooth road. Any business owner can tell you that it comes with lots of learning on your toes! There has been some challenging moments but I think each one of those has taught me an important lesson and allowed me to be better in my role for my clients & better as a leader for my team.
We’ve been impressed with Simplified Services , but for folks who might not be as familiar, what can you share with them about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
I’m a virtual assistant & online business manager. That means that anyone who needs help with administrative tasks, like entrepreneurs, small business owners, busy professionals, influencers ect. can hire me to provide an extra set of hands. I also offer online business management for business owners who need more than just typical administrative help. They might be needing help with putting processes & procedures in place, they might need help juggling the many different things that they have going on in their business, or managing their team. This allows them to focus on what they do well & in turn generate more income for their business owner & I take the other tasks off their plate.
I do offer consulting & coaching as well. Coaching allows me to help other women work from home, while working around their family’s schedules & being with their children.
I offer support to those who need my help to provide structure, improve funtionality & boost profitability.
If we knew you growing up, how would we have described you?
Growing up I was a quiet kid who often had my head in a book. I enjoyed school and truly enjoyed the simple things in life – like most of us did back in the 80’s & 90’s.
