Meet Amy Nupp

Today we’d like to introduce you to Amy Nupp.

Hi Amy, it’s an honor to have you on the platform. Thanks for taking the time to share your story with us – to start maybe you can share some of your backstories with our readers?
After I had kids, I had a really tough time losing the weight I had gained from both pregnancies.

It was because of this struggle, that I became a health coach. Over the last year and a half, I have lost 6 pounds, and 4 inches around my stomach.

This might not seem like a lot, but I had gotten to a plateau, and couldn’t lose weight or inches, so this is a huge accomplishment for me.

I wanted to pass this opportunity for health and wellness on to other people, so I started my own health coaching business.

Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall, and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
No, it has not been a smooth road at all.

It’s all about trial and error and finding something that works for you and your lifestyle. The nutrition plan and workouts I follow are very streamlined and simplified, so it’s perfect for my busy lifestyle!

Alright, so let’s switch gears a bit and talk business. What should we know about your work?
My typical client is a busy working mom who is struggling to eat properly and find time to work out.

I am most proud of not giving up on my dreams. I love what I do as a Health Coach, and I think that’s part of what sets me apart from others. I truly love what I do, and it shows in how I care for my clients.

Can you talk to us a bit about the role of luck?
I always say luck is where preparedness meets opportunity. You have to work hard and be prepared, and when opportunity knocks, then you’ll be ready for that next step.
