Hi Katy, we’re so thrilled to have you sharing your story with us today. Maybe we can kick things off by having you introduce yourself to our readers? We’d love to have you go into your story and how you got to where you are today.
My coaching journey began after watching my mom gracefully surrender to her cancer. In search of improving my own health, I enrolled to study at the Institute of Integrative Nutrition (IIN). This education and deep dive into natural living led me to working with private health coaching clients in shifting daily habits to live a healthier, more sustainable lifestyle.
I quickly learned that there was more to health and wellness than just nutrition and movement. There was the mindset, confidence and daily things that led to the improved health habits. This led me to sink out additional education in life coaching, health coaching, mindset and an arsenal of alternative therapies.
My coaching practice has transition over the last decade+ as I have transitioned in my own life. My current coaching practice focuses on guiding heart-centered women entrepreneurs to accelerate their own side-hustles and businesses to make the greatest impact.
Let’s talk about your work and career – what else should we know?
As an expert life & confidence coach, I specialize in coaching heart-centered women entrepreneurs, side-hustlers, business owners, coaches, trainers, direct sales agents and those dreaming of stepping into this reality. I guide my clients on getting clear on the core of their business, focus on the profit priorities, identify the time wasters and take easy actions to maximize their impact on the world around them while earning a sustainable income. My favorite part of what I do is witnessing my clients choosing to step out of their own way and embracing the easy way to make their dreams their reality. I love seeing the lightbulb go on with the ‘aha’ moments of it really doesn’t have to be hard or arduous. I LOVE hearing clients say, ‘WOW, that was WAY easier than I was making it out to be. I can’t believe I’ve done so much in so little time.’ I choose to lead through example and share the learning opportunities I have had in my own life. By sharing my own experience, I guide my clients around the pitfalls and embrace the easy path in their own business and life. I offer this as both a virtual class and as a virtual workshop. Gina and I met and bonded over our love of ladybugs.
My daily inspiration posts on Instagram and Facebook feature a ladybug in flight. Gina happens across one of my posts and DM’ed me about her love of ladybugs and what the post meant to her. We became fast supporters of one another’s ‘ladybug’ love businesses.
I was so fortunate to learn more about Gina’s dreams, aspirations and awesomeness when she stepped into my course, Accelerate Your Side-Hustle, and coached with me 1:1.
Gina is a super-hero of spreading kindness! She even has the most awesome kindness cape to help her achieve this!

The simple message of sharing kindness in easy, daily ways is so inspiring. What a loving and simple way to introduce sharing kindness to the littles in your life!
I am so in awe of her inspiration in creating Kindness Cards specifically for kids. It is such a wonderful way to foster kindness in the littles of the world and help them find an easy way to share even if they are shy and still learning how to use their own voice. They are beautiful cards with inspiring messages.
Gina inspires me everyday to fit in my own passions as I witnessed her turning her dreams to reality with her kindness cards and children’t book even while juggling her ‘very busy life’ of a mom of 3 littles, teacher, supportive spouse, office support for her family’s business AND managing the construction of the new family home (PLEASE CHECK WITH GINA TO BE SURE IT IS OKAY I SHARED THIS INFO!!!!)
