Hi Lauren, thank you so much for joining us today. We’d love for you to bring our readers up to speed – can you introduce yourself and share your story?
I’ve always loved data analysis and helping others, so I went into public health. I loved my job a lot. I was laid off in early 2022 and decided to make a big change in the private sector. Now I’m in data science and do machine learning! I’m originally from Florida but live in downtown Atlanta now.
Please tell us more about your brand, Cyber Security
I don’t have a business, but my main job is being a data scientist. I write code in Python and big queries to solve business issues my company works on. Most people are familiar with ChatGPT, and I work with similar models that power it daily.
So, as we mentioned to our audience earlier, you were introduced to us by Nequia Hill and Plug Locs LLC, and we admire them and what they’ve built. For folks who might need to become more familiar, please tell them about your experience with Plug Locs LLC.
I met Nequia in May of 2022. I wanted to get loc extensions and had done a ton of research. I live in Atlanta, and her salon is in Buford, and at that time, I’d never driven so far out of the city, but I knew she’d be worth it. And she was! At the time, I didn’t know that I would start my loc journey in the best way possible and love my hair, but I also developed a new long-term relationship with a fantastic location and businesswoman. She’s intelligent, funny, and so personable. She’s a joy to talk to during sessions and is so knowledgeable about hair, along with being patient and understanding. She runs a business in two locations so well. I’m so lucky to be her client!
