Today we’d like to introduce you to Noelle Robinson.
Hi Noelle, thanks for sharing your story with us. To start, maybe you can tell our readers some of your backstories.
My story began with overcoming my hardships, which led to leaving my career as a teacher and starting my own business so that I could help others and give back to my community. I have struggled with mental health disorders, chronic pain, and other medical issues that even specialists couldn’t explain fully. For many years now, I have searched for answers and explored a variety of healing modalities. I have experimented with and tried more systems than I can count to overcome those conditions and live a pain-free life.
In 2020, I became even more obsessed with learning about the human body at a cellular level and how our body systems work. That journey opened my eyes to the human body’s potential and how our lifestyles contribute to our health issues. At the same time, I was struggling in the high-stress environment of middle school teaching (that stress was amplified during the pandemic), and I was searching for ways to balance my career and home life.
In 2021, my eyes were opened to the power of mindfulness, meditation, sound waves, and vibration. This was life-changing. In just a few short months, I was pain-free, off all medications, and feeling a sense of freedom and empowerment I had never felt before. After this transformation, my heart began to break for other people in my life. Seeing my students, my coworkers and so many other people struggling with stress, anxiety, and other pains pushed me to find a way to share what I had found to be so successful.
This led me to leave my teaching career and create my business, STL Noelle. Everything in my business is about cultivating inner peace, self-love, and empowerment. Through my business, I can help more people release stress and anxiety. I currently offer Sound Immersion sessions in St. Peters, MO, and Human Design readings via Zoom. I assist with health and wellness retreats in Missouri and Illinois. And I also have a small group of clients that I coach and consult for, but I do not offer that publicly. My focus is on my sound immersion sessions, allowing me to help the most significant number of people.
I’m sure you wouldn’t say it’s been obstacle-free, but so far would you say the journey has been a fairly smooth road?
The journey that has led me to where I am today has been a very bumpy road. There have been years of pain, heartbreak, and challenging lessons learned: moments that I didn’t think I would ever recover from. I’ve been in very desperate, dark places in my life. But to be honest, creating STL Noelle has probably been one of the easiest ventures I’ve ever been on. Although there have been moments of frustration and doubt, I have been amazed by the general sense of ease and flow I have experienced in this process. It has genuinely opened my eyes to the magic that can happen when living in alignment and surrendering to the Universe.
Alright, so let’s switch gears a bit and talk business. What should we know?
My business is dynamic, very much like myself. I have a wide range of knowledge and experience, so I have worked to incorporate these various passions into the services and classes I offer. My sound immersion classes are my greatest focus right now, as I know that is an area where I can serve the greatest number of people in a very profound way. Clients will come to my studio in St. Peters and spend 1-1.5 hours of effective self-care during a sound immersion session. These sessions are about taking a break from the hustle and bustle of life, resetting our minds, and reconnecting to uncover what helps us be our best selves. What I love about sound immersions is just how easy they are. Clients just lay there! There is no work, nothing that needs to be done. Clients just lay down, and I do all the work. During a sound immersion session, I use gongs, crystal bowls, and many other healing instruments to create frequencies and vibrations healing for the nervous system. Not only are the sounds heard through the ears (benefiting brain activity), but they are also felt throughout the body. This allows a full-body experience of releasing stress and relaxing. What I love most is that this is something that benefits people of all ages and backgrounds. I have had clients from age 9- to 74, and teenagers seem to love it especially! Each person has their own unique experience during these sessions, and it has been so rewarding to hear clients share how it has benefited them.
Customer experience was the number one motivator for me when planning my business. Therefore, I spent a lot of time and resources investing in the items that would create the most comfortable experience possible. You lay on yoga mats in many studios for a sound immersion, which can be hard on your back. I use memory foam mattress pads for clients with comfortable sheets, blankets, eye masks, and other props to truly relax and enjoy the session to the fullest. My desire for innovation and attention to detail has set me apart from others.
My passion is helping people, period. And along the way, I have found other services that people benefit greatly from that I am happy to offer. My Human Design readings have been top-rated lately and are now incorporated heavily into my coaching with clients. Human Design is a system that genuinely illuminates an individual’s unique gifts, purpose, and energetic blueprint in this world. It is a profound source of self-discovery and enlightenment and has truly been the compass that has led to such great flow and satisfaction in my life. Therefore, I have been extremely grateful for the opportunity to share it with others. I typically share Human Design through individual readings, group presentations, podcast interviews, and during retreat sessions.
Are there any apps, books, podcasts, blogs, or other resources you think our readers should check out?
I am constantly reading or listening to an audiobook/podcast. It would be so hard to pick a favorite. The books I have read over the past few months include topics on spirituality, meditation, finances, nutrition, gongs, neuro-psychology, and other personal development topics. I like books that dig into the information, and I can learn from it. To give you an idea of how wide of a variety I read, my last library visit was to check out a book about DNA and genetics and a teen fiction novel. I don’t think most people realize how nerdy I am. My bookshelf is a pretty eclectic mix of science and spirituality. One book that I recently read that I think many people would benefit from is Ultimate You by Sharon Pearson. She does a great job writing about the power each of us has as individuals to change and shift our lives’ directions.
As for podcasts, I like ones that take a scientific approach to improve wellness. My favorites are The Model Health Show, Hydrate, Heal Thy Self, The Doctor’s Farmacy, The Human Upgrade, and Ben Greenfield. I also listen to spiritual podcasts like Highest Self with Sahara Rose and Manifestation Babe with Kathrin Zenkina.
