The Vision Behind Twenty2Forty7
When I first came across the space that would become Twenty2Forty7, I immediately saw the possibilities. The building has a unique character—a blend of modern design and historic roots. It’s part of a mixed-use building with a billboard on top that markets The Witherspoon Law Group. Initially, I had this property on the market for sale, but when it didn’t sell, I realized it was too good not to turn into something special.
As a visionary, I’ve always been drawn to spaces that can transform and evolve depending on who steps inside. That’s what I wanted for Twenty2Forty7. It’s a micro event space, but it’s also a creative hub where ideas can come to life. The versatility of the space is what makes it special—it’s modern and sleek, yet it still carries a sense of history.
When people walk in, I want them to see the same potential I saw. Whether it’s a small party, a pop-up workshop, or something entirely different, this space has endless possibilities. The whole idea behind Twenty2Forty7 is to inspire creativity and provide a venue for people to make their vision a reality. I hope guests feel that they can create something memorable, no matter the size of the event.
Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
Nothing worth having comes easy. You may have heard “Rome wasn’t built in day” and while that is true, we forget that they never stopped building everyday. I am in my building phase with Twenty2Forty7, we’re just getting started.
As you know, we’re big fans of Twenty2Forty7. For our readers who might not be as familiar what can you tell them about the brand?
My name is Cassandra and I am a Realtor in St. Louis, MO with Dielmann Sotheby’s International Realty. This new business venture was an idea presented to my client to make use of this phenomenal space that St. Louis is missing out on. Twenty2Forty7 was preceded by The Witherspoon Law Group and birth an opportunity for St. Louis creatives. As an agent and visionary, it’s important that you have someone represent you as well as you’d represent yourself. The versatility this space has is unmatched, With over 2,000 sq feet, modern kitchen with high tech appliances, a conference room and even storage both in the back and below- the possibilities are endless.
