Meet Tyler Herron of Saint Louis

Today we’d like to introduce you to Tyler Herron.

Hi Tyler, it’s an honor to have you on the platform. Thanks for taking the time to share your story with us – to start maybe you can share some of your backstory with our readers?
I started in 2015 making beats as a form of artistic expression without using words because i’ve always been shy. Then in 2016 i started writing music and recording it just so i could work on the engineer side of things. I then developed a love for recording vocals and decided to go the artist route. My friends encouraged me a lot to become an artist and they really helped me break out of my shell and become more confident in myself. I was also very much inspired by Kanye West and that drove me to become the artist i am today.

I’m sure you wouldn’t say it’s been obstacle free, but so far would you say the journey have been a fairly smooth road?
It hasn’t been a smooth road and i feel like anyone who thinks it would be a smooth road is lying to themselves lol. There are many ups and downs in this game and a lot of bad days and good days. What keeps me going on the bad days is knowing that like a thunderstorm the bad will pass and the sun will shine again. I had many days where i wanted to give up and quit but you just got to remember how far you came and all the good and positive things that you have done.

Alright, so let’s switch gears a bit and talk business. What should we know about your work?
I am an Artist/producer and specialize in creating auditory art. i am most known for my artistry & producing. i am mostly proud of the obstacles I’ve overcome and getting over being shy to bring my fans/supporters my art.

How do you think about luck?
It has been both good and bad luck for me. Good luck in music because i was blessed to be in a room with so many talented creatives and inspirational people in my life. Like being around Dylan Brady and learning and seeing how he became successful has helped me a lot in my profession and i am thankful to had witness that. Bad luck has played a role also just simply by things not going my way or how i planned them but thats how things are always going to go.
