Today we’d like to introduce you to Patricia Zambrano.
Hi Patricia, can you start by introducing yourself? We’d love to learn more about how you got to where you are today?
My name is Patricia, I am 28 years old, I am the mother of three beautiful children, I am a wife and I am currently undertaking in the business of professional cleaning.
Since I was young I always liked to keep my things clean and tidy, I remember always being very happy helping with household chores and so I grew up, loving cleanliness and order. for me it has been a challenge now, being a mother because I must be in constant work trying to keep my house as I like but it does not matter I can with that and more.
In June 2021, I started working professionally as an employee in a cleaning company and at that moment I knew I could do this all my life. customers loved me, I was always very good at what I did.
When the autumn of the same year arrived I make the decision to become independent and to create my Own house cleaning business, it is not very easy because it is a challenge to create your own business but we must believe in ourselves So I started Royal cleanup with the help of my husband who supported me unconditionally.
My first client was on November 5, 2021, I will never forget the date that a beautiful woman opened the doors of her beautiful home. Theresa’s house was the first in Royal Cleanup which to this day I still visit every two weeks. I thank her for trusting me even though as a company I did not have credibility, I was just starting but I showed in practice how much I love this and how committed I am. at the end of my work that day, Theresa was so delighted and satisfied who wanted me to come back every two weeks.
At the end of December 2021, I receive a call from Theresa’s friend, scheduling an appointment for her house and that’s how I managed to have one more client. I was incredibly happy because the fact that a customer recommends you is the best compliment.
we continued working to have more clients they were months of hard work because everything good takes time to arrive but we never lost our hopes.
After a few months several clients were added, the most wonderful that any company could have, they tried a day and since that moment they have not let us go, they are still part of us. I thank each of them for the love with which they receive Royal Cleanup every day and each of them is important to us, we are a small family that grows; having them fills me with joy.
There is a phrase that says, you receive everything you give and it is evident because every service I perform, I do it with all the love in the world as if I were doing it for my own home.
we are still working unattainably to be able to reach more homes and provide them with the best of experiences in the best cleaning.
I love cleaning, cleanliness is my personal therapy, it is something difficult to understand, I know, but it makes me happy. once you do what you love, you won’t have to work a single day of your life. I invite you to believe in yourself, believe in your dreams and work hard to fulfill them, I promise you that if you do, you will go far.
Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
So far I have not had any obstacles, I always try to look at things in a positive way and if something does not go very well, I learn from it and try again.

My job consists of general and deep house and commercial cleaning, we are committed to our customers in performing the best cleaning they can have.
Our service generally consists of organizing, disinfecting, dusting, vacuuming and leaving as new each area of the house, at the time of making an appointment or quote, always told customers to tell us in detail what you want and need to be prepared and perform a quality service. My team and I use gloves, masks and shoe protectors to take care of the health of our customers and avoid spreading any virus.
Every member of the household is important to us, so we try to make them feel happy to have us. I have so much fun making the children’s rooms no matter how messy it is, knowing that they will be happy to see them cute and clean is something that fills me. I love to share with the pets of the clients, for the most part they all have dogs, cats and even birds, they make me company and even play with me, it is very fun and cute.
Incredibly my clients agree with the same thing, that I am a “wonderful” person, I am fun and responsible. I always focus on giving 100% on what I do.
I am very detailed and I love to fill the house with details, I like to make origami with paper and the one that stands out to me the most is the beautiful bow, I could fill your house with them if you let me. something that can differentiate me is that I do my work with love, of course, we all work for money but this is something more than just that, cleaning for me is dedication, dedication, commitment and that is something that my clients see in me.
I feel very proud to be able in a short time to be where I am, I have not yet reached my goal but I have advanced a lot, thank God, My family and my wonderful clients who have given me a lot of support and have received me with a lot of love

Something that helps me professionally is to look for great women who do the same as me, I follow them on social networks and I am always aware of something new that I can learn from them. knowing their stories of how one day they started like me and today they are very recognized and successful helps me to work unattainably until I meet my goals.
Personally, I like to watch videos on Youtube of people helping those who need, I can not help but contain my tears, there are people who do not have a roof to sleep, many children in the world without a food and keep a smile on their face and in their eyes there is hope, see how missionaries go out to contribute a grain of sand that personally fills me and I can learn two things. to give thanks for what we have no matter how little it is and not to complain; one thing that inspires me is to help people that need most, to do it from the heart, having empathy and love towards them.
