Today we’d like to introduce you to Sunni Dixson.
Hi Sunni, can you start by introducing yourself? We’d love to learn more about how you got to where you are today.
In 2016 I decided to pursue my dreams full-time as a writer, director, and producer by filming my first scripted web series. I got my first Hollywood gig in 2017, working with a legendary producer. I did a total of three shows. Then I did a couple of development projects for networks like A & E, BET, and TV ONE. Today I’m a Producer for the OwN TV network’s number one reality show, Love and Marriage Huntsville.
I’m sure you wouldn’t say it’s been obstacle free, but so far would you say the journey has been a smooth road?
Anything worth having required hard work. I invested 20k of my own into my first project, and some of my work was stolen by a major network which was very discouraging. Despite the situation, I continued to fight for my dreams, and today I am working with n executive to produce my projects.
As you know, we’re big fans of you and your work. For our readers who might not be as familiar, what can you tell them about what you do?
I work in Film/TV. I’m most proud of working for own as a producer.

I learned everything I know from trial and error and jumping out there. How we I’m not afraid of research on things I’m unfamiliar with
