An Inspired Chat with Jasmine Henderson

We recently had the chance to connect with Jasmine Henderson and have shared our conversation below.

Hi Jasmine, thank you so much for joining us today. We’re thrilled to learn more about your journey, values and what you are currently working on. Let’s start with an ice breaker: What do the first 90 minutes of your day look like?
The first 90 minutes of my day set the tone for everything. I wake up at 5 AM, pour a big cup of coffee, and dive into quiet time with God. This time in the Word and in prayer is non-negotiable—just me, Scripture, and silence. No phone, no distractions. Some mornings, especially the tough ones, I simply sit still, coffee in hand, and rest in His presence.
As the sun rises, I get moving—either hitting the gym or going for a walk outside. Starting my day with a good sweat helps me feel clear, strong, and ready.

Once my workout’s done, it’s time for mom mode: prepping bottles for my baby, writing out her schedule, packing my 7-year-old’s lunch and snacks, and doing my own (very quick!) get-ready routine. Before we head out the door, we pause for a quick family prayer—then we’re off to take on the day.

Can you briefly introduce yourself and share what makes you or your brand unique?
My name is Jasmine Henderson, and I’ve been in the aesthetic nursing field since 2014, when I began my career working alongside a top-level dermatologist in Springfield, Missouri. That experience sparked a deep passion in me—not just for skincare and injectables, but for helping people feel confident and empowered through personalized, thoughtful treatment plans.
Today, I work with Racquel Aesthetics at both our Chesterfield and Kirkwood locations, specializing in full facial balancing with injectables. I love creating customized treatment plans using tox and filler to enhance natural beauty while educating my patients every step of the way. For me, it’s about more than results—it’s about trust, confidence, and long-term care.

I’m also proud to serve as a trainer through The RA Way Academy, where I get to mentor fellow injectors in how to assess, treat, and deliver beautiful, balanced outcomes. Supporting other providers as they grow their skill sets and confidence is one of the most rewarding parts of what I do.

When I’m not cheering on patients or fellow injectors, you’ll find me at home cheering on my biggest blessings—my husband and our two amazing daughters. Being a wife and mama is my greatest joy. My ultimate goal in life is to set an example for my girls: to show them they can do absolutely anything they put their minds to, and that kindness matters—because we never know what someone else might be walking through.

Appreciate your sharing that. Let’s talk about your life, growing up and some of topics and learnings around that. What relationship most shaped how you see yourself?
Becoming a mom changed me in the most beautiful way. I’ve always loved encouraging others, but motherhood gave that purpose a deeper meaning. It made me want to make a lasting impact—one that my girls can see, feel inspired by, and carry with them as they grow.
I truly feel like I’m living that out through my work. Whether I’m helping a patient feel more confident or training another injector to grow in their skills, I know I’m modeling what it looks like to lead with purpose, passion, and kindness. It’s a tangible example my daughters get to witness, and knowing they’re watching pushes me to be better every day.

That’s what fulfills me most—using my gifts to uplift others while showing my girls that they can do the same in their own way.

If you could say one kind thing to your younger self, what would it be?
I would tell her that what other people think of her does not matter.

Sure, so let’s go deeper into your values and how you think. Is the public version of you the real you?
Oh, I love this question! And honestly—no, the public version isn’t the full picture. What you see online is mostly the highlight reel—the best moments, the curated wins. But real life? It’s full of ups, downs, and everything in between.
No one has it all together all the time, and I never want to give the impression that I do. I try to be as authentic as possible and always remind others that perfection isn’t the goal—progress, grace, and joy are. Truth is, I’m a hot mess most days—but I’m a grateful hot mess who absolutely loves this life.

Okay, so let’s keep going with one more question that means a lot to us: When do you feel most at peace?
With my family, at home in our backyard, on a perfect 70-degree day.
