Patricia Zambrano shared their story and experiences with us recently and you can find our conversation below.
Patricia, so good to connect and we’re excited to share your story and insights with our audience. There’s a ton to learn from your story, but let’s start with a warm up before we get into the heart of the interview. What is a normal day like for you right now?
A normal day for me starts at six in the morning. I prepare my kids for school and drop them off, then I usually go to the gym for about an hour. After that, I begin my workday, focusing on my business until the afternoon when I pick up my kids. In the evenings, I spend time with them while preparing dinner. Many days I continue working until around 10 or 11 p.m., although sometimes I choose to rest earlier. On Saturdays I dedicate my time to family, and on Sundays I usually go back to the gym.
Can you briefly introduce yourself and share what makes you or your brand unique?
My name is Patricia Zambrano, and I am the founder of Royal Cleanup. I started this journey cleaning by myself, and little by little I have grown my company into a team of around eight people, including cleaning technicians and supervisors. Being a mother of two has been my biggest motivation. they inspire me to push through challenges and become a better entrepreneur for them and for myself.
What makes Royal Cleanup unique is not only the quality of our services, but also the story behind it: a business built from the ground up, with hard work, dedication, and the belief that growth comes through persistence. Today, I focus on managing the company administratively, and I am working on developing my skills even further so that I can continue expanding and reach my next big goal: earning my first million.
Great, so let’s dive into your journey a bit more. What did you believe about yourself as a child that you no longer believe?
As a child, I didn’t believe much in myself. I never thought I could achieve things on my own the way I am doing today. For me, this journey feels like living a dream. Now, as an adult, I feel that I am making my inner child proud and happy. I have learned that we must believe deeply in ourselves, because with faith, hard work, and determination, we can accomplish far more than we ever imagined.
When did you stop hiding your pain and start using it as power?
This question is very personal to me because I have faced many challenges and painful moments in my life. I believe pain and adversity give you two choices: you can stay down, or you can rise. I chose to rise , and it has been the best decision of my life.
When you hit rock bottom, there is nowhere else to go but up. That experience taught me to use my pain as fuel for growth. I truly believe that difficulties can give birth to beautiful and powerful things, and I am living proof of how pain can transform into strength, success, and a new beginning.
I think our readers would appreciate hearing more about your values and what you think matters in life and career, etc. So our next question is along those lines. What would your closest friends say really matters to you?
My closest friends would say that what really matters to me is my family, especially my children, who are my greatest motivation. They would also say that I deeply care about my business, because it represents not only my hard work but also my dream of creating something meaningful.
At the same time, they know how much I value honesty, hard work, and personal growth. I want to inspire other women to believe in themselves, to overcome challenges, and to know that with persistence and faith, they can achieve success too.
Okay, we’ve made it essentially to the end. One last question before you go. What is the story you hope people tell about you when you’re gone?
I hope people will say that I was a loving and dedicated person, someone who loved deeply, felt deeply, and fought with all her strength to leave a legacy for her children. My dream is for my kids to continue what I have built, if that is what they choose, and to enjoy the results of all the sacrifices I made to give them the very best. More than anything, I want to be remembered as a woman who turned love and perseverance into a legacy that lasts.
