Check Out Lucky Moore’s Story

Today we’d like to introduce you to Lucky Moore.

Hi Lucky, we’re thrilled to have a chance to learn your story today. So, before we get into specifics, maybe you can briefly walk us through how you got to where you are today?
The Falcons started as an idea of bringing something to St Louis that’s new and fresh. From the announcement of the team to dropping our very first logo, I had a massive support system of fans, players and staff across the greater metro area that then expanded from Lincoln County to Madison County to Jefferson County and everything in between.

We started as an organization of 3 owners, 3 coaches and 30 players and within a 4 year span, we are now an organization that consists of a 4 man front office and over 100 players, staff, volunteers, sponsors across our group.

Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
It’s been everything but a smooth road even if you can’t tell from how we operate. It’s a 365 day a year job. It doesn’t stop. Meetings with sponsors. Coaches meetings. Ownership meetings. And just so much more.. but it’s rewarding.

The biggest struggle across the board is always getting people to see your vision and to see it’s genuine. Buying in is easier said then done but I think we have done a pretty good job.

Thanks for sharing that. So, maybe next you can tell us a bit more about your work?
My work ethic and love for the game of minor league football. I put everything I have into this program so it lasts even past my time. I’m proud of the group I’ve put together. I have guys from different backgrounds , Neighborhoods, cities that are now family for life.

What sets me apart is my genuine love to help others and give people opportunities that weren’t given to me growing up.

Are there any books, apps, podcasts or blogs that help you do your best?
Im a sponge man. It can be anything from a podcast to just studying someone’s social media page. I love to learn and adapt. I’m always trying to learn something new so I can’t say it’s something specific. If whoever it is, is speaking some real knowledge. I’m all ears. You can learn bits and pieces from everything and everyone you run into.
