Navigated the industry-wide challenges that come from external factors such as fluctuations in the market. I remained persistent, doubling down my time and resource commitment to ensure continuity and services in my craft.
As responsibility and need to keep up with ever-changing industry information, I overcame the obstacle of complacency that sometimes creeps into an agent’s day to engage in continuous education content.
