Today we’d like to introduce you to Amp Boonhai
Hi Amp, so excited to have you with us today. What can you tell us about your story?
My professional background has started with roles in corporate America, where I honed my skills in project management, strategic planning, and organizational leadership. My expertise was recognized through the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification, a testament to my proficiency and dedication in the field. However, my career path took a significant turn towards education, driven by my belief in the Kumon Method’s ability to transform lives.
My journey with Kumon began with my experiences as an assistant in centers both in Thailand and the United States, providing me with a deep understanding of the method and its impact on students. The decision to own and operate a Kumon franchise was not just a professional move but a personal mission to impact the community positively and contribute to building a better future for children, including my own son. My commitment to fostering educational environments where children can thrive through self-learning and discipline is unwavering. I am not just teaching academic skills; I am nurturing a new generation of thinkers, leaders, and lifelong learners.
Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
Fortunately, my journey has been great so far and I would like to keep it that way. 🙂
Thanks – so what else should our readers know about your work and what you’re currently focused on?

My commitment to education and my earnest desire to see every child succeed reflect my guiding vision: to empower young minds to unlock their full potential and thrive in a constantly changing world.
We all have a different way of looking at and defining success. How do you define success?
As a mompreneur, my success would be..
1) Achieving a balance between business responsibilities and family life. I would like to be able to spend quality time with my son while growing my business.
2) Meeting or exceeding financial targets, whether it’s achieving profitability, or simply being able to support the family financially.
3) Making a positive impact on my community and becoming a role model for other, especially being able to empower young minds to unlock their full potential and thrive in a constantly changing world.
4) Maintaining mental and physical health while managing the demands of both family and business, feeling healthy and avoiding burnout is crucial.
