Daily Inspiration: Meet 00Luv

Today we’d like to introduce you to 00Luv.

Hi 00Luv, thanks for sharing your story with us. To start, maybe you can tell our readers some of your backstory.
Thank you for taking the time to spotlight what we’re building.

My name is Marcos — also known as 00Luv — and I’m the founder of STL Vintage Nightfest, a future-facing creative hub rooted in St. Louis and reaching for the world.

This started as a grassroots experiment — blending music, fashion, tech, and storytelling into something you feel, not just scroll past. From the start, my mission has been to break barriers: giving artists, vendors, and entrepreneurs a platform to shine without needing permission. We’ve hosted hundreds of DJs, brands, and creatives — and we’re just getting warmed up.

Since our last VoyagerSTL feature in 2024, we’ve expanded into the Delmar Loop, now hosting two Delmar Loop Vintage Nightfest events each month. With that growth, I’m now looking to build strategic partnerships with places like St. Louis Union Station and The Foundry — not just to host events, but to create seasonal, immersive productions that can push STL’s creative economy forward in powerful ways.

I’ve also come to understand that success is rooted in alignment — and that’s where I’m putting my energy. Supporting rising artists like Slime MoneyTrees, and launching new scenes like GirlsRuleSTL, isn’t just about hype — it’s about building with people who see the vision and add to it. I encourage others to do the same: work with those who reflect your purpose, not just your proximity.

During the Delmar Loop Mural Festival 2025, I was introduced to Actor Larry from NYC through Savannah Leigh, and that moment reaffirmed my next chapter. My current focus is expanding into New York City by the end of this year — while continuing to invest in STL on a large scale. This means permanent creative spaces, fashion and tech collaborations, and platforms that carry both local and global impact.

STL Vintage Nightfest isn’t just a party. It’s a platform. A movement. A cinematic universe built by visionaries who know what it means to create, connect, and lead with intention.

I’m not here to blend in — I’m here to build what’s next.

Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
It definitely hasn’t been a smooth road. If I’m being honest, I often feel like I’m caught in the middle of generations — navigating expectations, opinions, and old systems while trying to build something new. I work a full-time 9-to-5 to fund everything, and every inch of STL Vintage Nightfest has been grown from love, community, and sheer will.

What we’re building — from STL Vintage Nightfest to Delmar Loop Vintage Nightfest, to Blood Raves and our work with groups like GirlsRuleSTL — is something beautiful. But with growth has come friction. Sometimes, the bigger it gets, the more drama or tension comes with it — whether that’s navigating the songwriting scene, the DJ circuit, or local promoters and groups who don’t always understand the vision. I’ve even had personal drama thrown in the mix — but at this point, I just call it all art.

I founded these festivals not only as a curator but as a songwriter myself — to help create a space I’d want to perform in. And I know that if I ever take this blessing for granted, it could all disappear. That truth keeps me grounded.

There have been moments where my car broke down, when making ends meet felt nearly impossible. Times where I wasn’t being offered opportunities — I had to create them. But no matter what came my way, I we didn’t fold. I believe this work is meant to bring people together — even those who might not see it yet.

We’ve grown because of the community. The vendors. The artists. The few who believed early. And now I believe it’s time for the next step — building with sponsors, community funding, and local organizations that recognize we’re not just throwing events. We’re creating something real for the city and for the culture.

I may have faced a lot — but I have no enemies. I’m just focused on building something that speaks to the present, prepares for the future, and inspires anyone watching that the top is still within reach.

As you know, we’re big fans of you and your work. For our readers who might not be as familiar what can you tell them about what you do?
I’m a multidisciplinary creative and cultural architect based in St. Louis, operating under the name 00Luv. I founded STL Vintage Nightfest, Delmar Loop Vintage Nightfest, and Blood Raves — each one designed to be more than an event. They’re living experiences — curated portals where streetwear, music, immersive tech, storytelling, and the underground collide.

I specialize in crafting worlds, not just shows. Whether it’s an alien invasion, a vintage fashion drop, or an intergalactic rave, every production is layered with lore, purpose, and energy. I’m known for bringing that cinematic, world-building touch to real life — transforming venues, streets, and parking lots into something unforgettable with almost no budget.

What sets me apart is vision and execution. I don’t throw festivals just to say I did it. I throw them to shift the scene. I build platforms where local and global can meet. Where artists and brands get to be part of something meaningful — not just clout.

I’ve built all of this while working full-time, often self-funded, driven by the belief that access, vibe, and future-forward curation. We’ve given hundreds of vendors the opportunity to vend affordably or for free. We’ve done monthly themes that feel like seasons of a show. And now, with our First Light Circle, we’re opening the doors for aligned sponsors, partners, and visionaries to help scale what’s next — not just financially, but cosmically.

What I’m most proud of? Turning doubt into demand. Growing a movement from the ground up. And doing it all without losing the artistry. I’m not for everyone — but I am for those ready to create culture, The Future, learn from our past, not copy it.

This is not just a career — it’s a lore. It’s a realm. And only the real ones get through the gate.

Are there any apps, books, podcasts, blogs or other resources you think our readers should check out?
I exist in an interesting space — I’m on media, but not in media. Meaning I use platforms to build worlds and move culture, but I try not to live inside them. A lot of my work happens offline, in silence, in that in-between space where real ideas form before they hit the feed.

I draw a lot of inspiration from visionaries and strategists, not just artists. I’ve been exploring creators like TheTradingGeek, who combines mindset, discipline, and data — which I find surprisingly aligned with how I approach curating and creative execution. I believe art and strategy should coexist, and right now, I’m on a journey to sharpen both.

Books like The Magic of Thinking Big opened my mind early on, especially around belief systems and action. I’m planning to read Trading in the Zone next — not because I’m a trader per se right now, but because I think the psychological mastery it speaks on applies to anyone playing the long game.

As for mentors or models, I move with a bit of that 007 energy — calculated, vision-led, and often quiet until the mission drops. I study people who create from the shadows but change everything. My brand isn’t about hype. It’s about precision. And the more I can stay centered, learn, sharpened, and a visionary — the more I can lead from the future.

Right now, I’m building a global legacy from the ground up, so we’re constantly seeking high-level resources — not just in the creative space, but across business, tech, markets, and mindset. That’s what helps me stay grounded, even when everything else moves fast. Let’s Connect
