Drew, we appreciate you taking the time to share your story with us today. Where does your story begin?
I began doing conventional fitness about 15 years ago to get in better shape. This began a long journey of self-discovery as I immersed myself in unconventional methods of training such as clubs, maces, kettlebells, martial arts, and breathwork.
Approximately ten years ago, I began to coach others, which included living and coaching in Morocco for two years. What began all of those years ago as a purely physical pursuit has turned into a creative outlet that strengthens not only my body but also my mind and spirit. My training today is a unique, holistic practice for health, wellness, and personal development.

After working for four years to build my business, Flowstate Studio, we were hit by COVID, which forced us to temporarily close and rethink our entire business model.
