Today we’d like to introduce you to Sharnise Christy.
Hi Sharnise, thanks for sharing your story with us. To start, you could tell our readers some of your backstories.
I am Sharnise Christy, the founder of MyCreditversity, a credit repair business that has helped numerous clients achieve their financial goals of homeownership, car ownership, and entrepreneurship. However, my journey to success is a remarkable and inspiring one.
I survived domestic abuse and found myself in a dire financial situation, where I had to start rebuilding my life from scratch. Rather than giving up, I took charge of my circumstances and used my experiences to help others in similar situations.
Leveraging my knowledge of credit repair and financial management, I founded my own business, determined to make a difference in the lives of those struggling with debt and financial insecurity. With my unique blend of confidence, strength, and honesty, I quickly became a trusted advisor to many clients, guiding them to repair their credit, improve their financial literacy, and attain their financial objectives.
Through my unwavering commitment and leadership, MyCreditversity has become a symbol of hope and support for those in need. My efforts have enabled countless clients to purchase homes, and cars, and even launch their own businesses, proving that with the right assistance, anything is possible.
Today, I am recognized as a trailblazer by my peers in the credit repair industry, and my story serves as a testament to the power of resilience, determination, and the human spirit. Whether assisting clients to rebuild their credit or inspiring others to pursue their dreams, I strive to be an inspiration and a shining example of what is achievable with hard work, dedication, and an unyielding spirit.
You wouldn’t say it’s been obstacle-free, but so far would you say the journey has been smooth?
In the beginning, credit repair was far from a smooth road for me. Learning to be a business owner and navigating through countless software and so-called “gurus” who seemed more interested in their own profit and success than in helping others was a significant challenge. It was tough, to be honest, and find guidance from those who truly cared about the industry and helping their communities. I needed a mentor, but it seemed like everyone was trying to appeal to the masses instead of being accurate and truthful.
However, I refused to give up, and eventually, I became the mentor that I needed. Today, I have a supportive network of fellow entrepreneurs who share my values and are committed to making a positive impact. Together, we have overcome the mindset of seeing everyone as competition and instead embrace collaboration over competition. I understand that not everyone may want to work with me, and that’s okay. My focus is on helping individuals who seek better outcomes.
So, while the road to success in credit repair was not smooth, I have learned to persevere and seek out like-minded individuals who share my passion for helping others. And my motto remains the same: if I can’t help, I will collaborate with others who can.
We’ve been impressed with MyCreditversity, but for folks who might need to be more familiar, what can you share about what you do and what sets you apart?
As a passionate team, we are on a mission to provide everyone with access to personal credit, business credit, and funding resources at affordable rates. We believe that access to these resources can help individuals and businesses succeed and take their lives and operations to the next level. However, we understand that navigating the complex world of credit and funding can be challenging, which is why we strive to make the process as stress-free as possible.
My expertise lies in personal credit repair and restoration, and I have a track record of successfully suing credit bureaus and winning. What sets MyCreditversity apart from others is our in-depth knowledge of the laws that govern credit reporting and how to use that knowledge to effectively remove negative items from consumer credit reports. It’s not just about sending a fancy, law-heavy letter; it’s about knowing when violations occur, how to navigate legally through disputes, and how to ensure that clients don’t have to pay collections or other debts unnecessarily. Furthermore, we ensure that if negative items do return, our clients are set up to receive compensation for them.
Currently, we are accepting clients for personal credit repair, and I am also available for private mentoring for businesses. In May of this year, we plan to launch a new group training program for members who want to learn in a group setting. At MyCreditversity, we are committed to providing our clients with the resources and expertise they need to achieve financial success.
Please talk to us about happiness and what makes you happy.
I find immense satisfaction in helping domestic violence survivors and others who are trapped in difficult life situations, and showing them that there is always hope and a way out. Even if someone has not experienced abuse, struggling with financial difficulties can make them feel inadequate and helpless. I am passionate about being a person who can make a positive impact on their lives, whether it is through direct assistance or by empowering them with my DIY credit repair program. Being able to improve their quality of life and help them regain control of their finances is truly rewarding.
