Hidden Gems: Meet Logan LeBeau of Logleb Solutions

Today we’d like to introduce you to Logan LeBeau.

Hi Logan, we’re thrilled to have a chance to learn your story today. So, before we get into specifics, maybe you can briefly walk us through how you got to where you are today?
I got started in business at the start of COVID when sneaker and retail arbitrage software automation was blowing up. That was the first time I saw how code could directly impact people. Instead of just using other people’s tools, I built my on bot. It wasn’t perfect, but it force me how to learn how systems work.

From there, I moved into web design and development. A lot of local businesses have weak or outdated sites, so it was an easy entry point to start getting clients. That turned into building Logleb Solutions, where I focused less on making sites look good and more on making them convert into calls, leads, and actual revenue.

As I worked with more businesses, I realized their biggest problems weren’t design, they were operational. Missed calls, no follow-ups, no backend systems. That pushed me into automation and eventually Artificial Intelligence.

When LLMs started taking off, I leaned into that hard. I started building tools and testing how AI could be used in real workflows, not just demos. That has led to many projects with local businesses.

Right now, everything I’m doing is converging on one thing: using software, AI, and automation to replace manual work inside small businesses. Actual systems that capture leads, follow up instantly, and generate revenue without the owner having to touch everything.

Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
No, it hasn’t been smooth.

The biggest issue early on was that I didn’t know what actually made money. I spent time building things that were cool but had no real demand. I as focused on building instead of solving actual problems people had and would pay to solve.

There has also been a learning curve on the technical side. When you’re building real AI automation and systems, things break constantly. Early on, I wasted a lot of time trying to over-engineer solutions instead of keeping things simple and reliable.

Alright, so let’s switch gears a bit and talk business. What should we know?
Logleb Solutions is focused on helping businesses operate more efficiently and scale without adding unnecessary overhead.

Most businesses don’t have a single problem, they have inefficiencies across the board. Lead handling, customer communication, internal workflows, data tracking, follow-ups, and day-to-day operations are often manual, inconsistent, or completely disconnected. That’s what I focus on fixing.

Instead of offering isolated services like websites or ads, I build integrated systems. That can include front-end pieces like websites and lead capture, but also backend automation, AI-driven workflows, CRM optimization, and process redesign. The goal is to streamline the entire operation, not just one part of it.

What sets me apart is that everything is built around real business outcomes. I’m not selling “AI” as a trend. I’m using it as a tool to reduce manual work, eliminate bottlenecks, and improve how businesses function day-to-day. Whether it’s automating follow-ups, handling customer communication, organizing data, or improving internal processes, the focus is always on efficiency and measurable impact.

I work with small to mid-sized businesses across different industries, but the pattern is always the same. They’ve grown to a point where their systems haven’t kept up. That creates friction, lost time, and missed opportunities. By implementing the right systems, you can remove a lot of that without increasing headcount.

Brand-wise, what I’m most focused on is being known for practical implementation. There are a lot of people talking about AI, but very few actually building systems that businesses can rely on every day. That’s the gap I’m filling.

What I want people to understand is simple: I’m not offering generic services. I’m helping businesses modernize how they operate using AI and automation so they can run more efficiently, make better decisions, and ultimately generate more revenue.

Do you have recommendations for books, apps, blogs, etc?
Honestly, most of what I use comes from X (Twitter).

It’s the fastest place to see what’s actually working right now, especially in AI, automation, and SaaS. Instead of outdated content, you’re seeing builders share what they’re doing in real time, whether that’s new tools, workflows, or business models.

I follow a mix of founders, developers, and operators who are actively shipping. A lot of the value comes from seeing how people think, how they approach problems, and how they execute. You’ll see breakdowns of systems, monetization strategies, and even mistakes, which is more useful than polished content.

It’s also where I discover most new tools and ideas. Instead of searching for solutions, they just show up in your feed from people already testing them.

If you actually pay attention and apply what you see, it’s easily one of the highest leverage platforms for learning and staying ahead right now.
