Hi Love, we’re thrilled to have a chance to learn your story today. So, before we get into specifics, maybe you can briefly walk us through how you got to where you are today.
2013 I started my spiritual healing journey after a series of traumatic events, all while exploring my career as a travel nurse and my own healing gifts. Along my journey and travels, I searched for clarity, guidance and, most importantly community. However, there was a lack thereof, especially from those who look like me and have been through similar situations. So in 2020, I co-created Love Goddess Healing Oasis in my hometown of Saint Louis, MO, to serve as a center for individuals and communities to heal, connect and ascend spiritually with clarity, guidance, and support.
Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall, and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
As expected on any healing journey, there were many challenges, but even more while on a spiritual journey, learning to balance my healing with healing the community was my most complex challenge. I often neglect my healing, pouring from an empty cup while dehydrating myself. I had to learn to value myself and my healing as a priority. I had to learn that it was ok to put me first. I’m so grateful for the lessons within that challenge and I look forward to my other challenges with readiness, tenacity, and confidence.

What has been the most important lesson you’ve learned along your journey?
The biggest lesson I am still learning today is to “Release With Love.” The art of detachment is such a beautifully complicated lesson. Learning to let go of things that no longer serve me, control issues, residual energy left over from clients, and even releasing connections that were once cherished has been a challenging but much-needed lesson. I’ve learned that in order to heal we must first surrender.
