Today we’d like to introduce you to Amy Stuttle.
Hi Amy, so excited to have you on the platform. So before we get into questions about your work-life, maybe you can bring our readers up to speed on your story and how you got to where you are today?
I started Victory Men’s Health because of a personal experience with my husband. He took an over-the-counter supplement that put him in liver failure. Going through that experience opened my eyes to two things: the importance of knowing exactly what you are putting in your body, and the reality that many men avoid going to the doctor until something is seriously wrong.
That journey became the foundation for Victory Men’s Health. I wanted to build a clinic that was different from the traditional medical experience. A place where men felt comfortable, respected, educated, and proud to take control of their health.
At the time, there was still a lot of stigma around hormone optimization. My mission was to break down that stigma and create a brand that made men’s health feel approachable, proactive, and empowering. Nearly ten years later, Victory Men’s Health has grown into the largest men’s health clinic in the St. Louis area. But more than the growth, what I am most proud of is the culture we have created. Men are talking about their health. They are being proactive. That shift is everything.
Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
I’m not sure there is ever a smooth road in entrepreneurship. And honestly, if there were, I don’t think it would be nearly as meaningful or as fun. The struggles are what shape you. They give you the experience, wisdom, and perspective you need to build something that actually lasts.
Like any business, we have faced challenges with growth, hiring, leadership, systems, and learning how to scale without losing the patient experience that made us successful in the first place. Every new stage of business brings a new set of challenges to solve. What worked when we had one location does not always work when you have five. You have to keep evolving as a leader, as a company, and as a team.
I also consult with medical providers who are looking to open hormone optimization clinics, and one of the biggest struggles I see them go through is simply getting started. Many people want to wait until everything is figured out, every detail is perfect, and every question is answered. But that moment never comes.
You will never have everything figured out before you begin. Waiting for the illusion of certainty is often what holds people back the most. My advice is: jump in and get going. The clarity comes from doing.
As you know, we’re big fans of Victory Men’s Health. For our readers who might not be as familiar what can you tell them about the brand?
Victory Men’s Health is a men’s health and longevity clinic built to help men feel better, live better, and take ownership of their health. We specialize in hormone optimization, testosterone replacement therapy, sexual health, ED treatments, weight loss, advanced cardiovascular testing, IV therapy, supplements, and preventative longevity-focused care.
But what we are really known for is creating a completely different experience for men. Traditionally, men avoid the doctor until something is seriously wrong. We wanted to change that. From the beginning, Victory was built to feel approachable, masculine, high-quality, and stigma-free. A place where men feel comfortable talking about their energy, their libido, their performance, their confidence, and their long-term wellness.
We are not a one-size-fits-all clinic. Every patient starts with comprehensive labs and a detailed consultation so we can understand the full picture of what is going on. From there, we create individualized plans based on symptoms, biomarkers, goals, lifestyle, and long-term health.
What sets Victory apart is the combination of clinical excellence, patient experience, education, and brand. We have built a team that genuinely cares about results, but we also care deeply about how patients feel during the process. Men want to feel heard. They want clear answers. They want a plan. They want to know someone is paying attention to the details. That is what we have worked hard to create, and I think our patients say it best. We are proud to have earned over 2,000 five-star reviews, and that means more to us than any award or accolade ever could. It tells us that men are not just coming in for treatment. They are having an experience that is changing how they feel about their health.
So maybe we end on discussing what matters most to you and why?
What matters most to me is impact. Real, meaningful impact on the lives of the men we serve and the ripple effect that creates far beyond our clinic walls. When a man takes control of his health, it does not stop with him. It changes how he shows up for his family, his relationships, his career, and his sense of self. To be a part of that transformation is genuinely an honor. It never gets old.
But none of that happens without the right team. The people behind Victory are everything. I have always believed that a team that loves what they do creates an experience that patients can feel the moment they walk through the door. That energy is not something you can fake, and it is not something you can manufacture with a policy or a training manual. It comes from people who are genuinely invested in the mission.
That is why building a team that believes in what we are doing, that finds purpose in helping men reclaim their health and confidence, has always been one of my highest priorities. When your team loves their work, patients feel cared for. When patients feel cared for, lives change. That is what Victory is built on, and it is what I am most proud to be a part of every single day.
