Inspiring Conversations with Kelsey Arneson of Kelsey Arneson Fitness

Today we’d like to introduce you to Kelsey Arneson.

Hi Kelsey, so excited to have you with us today. What can you tell us about your story?
Three years ago, I started sharing my fitness journey on Instagram to hold me accountable. I didn’t think much of it, except that it allowed me a space to show up each day, document my progress, and hopefully inspire others along the way. I just wanted a space to be able to look back on and see all my hard work paying off one day.

I shared workouts, meals, healthy tips, and what I was doing to stay busy and active as a young college student. I wanted to show other young people my age that even though college/grad school can be stressful, it is still 100% possible to include exercise and healthy eating into a routine. Over the last 3 years, I have maintained that mission and it has flourished into more than I could have ever imagined.

I now have over 30K people that follow along on my journey each and every day. My Instagram page gave me a community to constantly connect with while in Chiropractic school, and has led to amazing opportunities even beyond school! At just about 25 years old, I now am a full-time Instagram Influencer, Fitness Coach, and Doctor of Chiropractic!

Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way? Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
Absolutely not! Trying to run a business on social media in addition to grad school is super difficult but I would not change it for the world! Getting workouts in every week, making content, all while having a full load of classes was never easy, but I always made it work. It taught me so much about work ethic and working for what you want.

It also taught me time management, balancing a schedule, and the importance of creating a life I didn’t have to escape from.

As you know, we’re big fans of Kelsey Arneson Fitness. For our readers who might not be as familiar what can you tell them about the brand?
Having a Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science and a Doctorate degree in Chiropractic, I get to do a little bit of everything. I see patients by day and train clients online and in person by night. Health and wellness have always been something super important to me, and I love being able to share that with my patients and my clients.

I have been a health coach for about 4 years (after completing undergrad) and I took it a step farther becoming a Doctor of Chiropractic, too. Movement truly is medicine, for the body, and especially the spine. I love taking a holistic entire body approach to each one of my patients and clients. I do my best to go above and beyond to educate for proper biomechanics, functional training, and how to maximize longevity at any stage of life.

The thing I cherish most about my brand is that I am 100% self-made. Growing up, I knew no one that was a fitness influencer, or Chiropractor. I had to learn along the way and taught myself everything I know. It wasn’t easy learning all the things I have, but I am so thankful for all the gained knowledge and ability to now share that with others. I wouldn’t have it any other way.

Future clients or patients can reach me at or on IG @kelseyarnesonfitness for more services, offerings, etc. I do have the ability to see patients in person and via Telehealth (if they are in certain states where I am licensed) and can train clients of all levels from beginner –> advanced online, or in person.

What was your favorite childhood memory?
Playing softball with my younger sister. I was the pitcher, she was the catcher, and our dad was the coach. Those were the best summers of my life.
