Hi Sahsheet , so excited to have you with us today. What can you tell us about your story?
I’ve always felt my life was filled with moments beyond logical explanation. I literally ran before I learned to walk, setting the tone for a life of quantum leaps and soul exploration. My name is Tameka Seymore, spiritually and professionally known as Sahsheet Yamin, and I am an Energy Healer, Navy vet, steel drummer, and poet. From a young age, I connected deeply with my spiritual gifts, often channeling insights that others would say was ‘beyond my years.’ My love for poetry began through automatic writing, which became a gateway for self-discovery and transformation.
Before heading to Navy bootcamp, a conversation with my grandmother about our family’s spiritual roots became a turning point, fueling my faith and curiosity. After my service, I experienced a profound spiritual awakening, aligning with teachers and healers who helped initiate rapid-fire ascension. As my gifts expanded, the impact on those around me was undeniable, leading me to establish 99Decrees LLC in response to the growing demand for my spiritual services.
I’m sure it wasn’t obstacle-free, but would you say the journey has been fairly smooth so far?
A smooth sea never made a skilled sailor, and the road hasn’t been smooth for me—nor would I have it any other way. I’ve had to navigate through the storm of deep mental anguish and trauma, facing my shadows head-on through intense personal work. It’s been a combination of energy healing, different therapies, shadow work, and even antidepressant medication. Truly, it’s been a team effort, and a testament to how far I’ve come on my healing journey. This experience has not only shaped me, but it’s also allowed me to support others from a more trauma-informed perspective, guiding them toward healing and renewal with compassion and deeper understanding.

What has been the most important lesson you’ve learned along your journey?
One of the most important lessons I’ve learned along my journey is the value of authenticity, especially in service! Having the courage to be REAL. Coming from systems that often infringe on personal autonomy in various ways, I realized that in order to truly serve others, I had to first embrace my own authentic self. Authenticity allows me to show up fully as myself for others without being constrained by societal expectations, or the pressure of conformity. It’s about honoring my own truth and trusting that my unique perspectives and gifts are what enable me to make the most genuine impact. When we show up authentically, we not only create deeper connections with those we serve, but we also empower others to embrace their own unique signature!
