Hi Coach & MJ , thank you for taking the time to reflect back on your journey with us. I think our readers are in for a real treat. There is so much we can all learn from each other and so thank you again for opening up with us. Let’s get into it: Would YOU hire you? Why or why not?

I bring passion, dedication, innovation & creativity. I learn everything I am able to about the business & am always looking for ways to improve & innovate.
As someone who works through their lunchbreaks, goes above & beyond assigned tasks and takes work home, I am so fortunate that I now do this for my own business instead of giving myself to a business that does not deserve my dedication & loyalty.
Can you briefly introduce yourself and share what makes you or your brand unique?
Our core is a team of 3, Coach, MJ & Jae.
Coach is the Co-owner & Chief of Flavor & Flow, the Royal Commander of Crust & embodies the essence of leadership, wisdom, & the divine authority!
MJ Is the CO-Owner, Chiefess, the Highness of Oven & Operations and overall supplier of the goods.
Jae is the Digital & Operations Coordinator (DOC), the royal multitasker keeping us connected & coordinated.
We are Royally Baked, your plant based plug. Everything that we craft is high on flavor, not THC! Our continuous rotation of menu items over the past 5 years shows there is no limit when it comes to dietary restrictions. We treat our kitchen as a sort of test kitchen where we create non vegan favorites into delicious and flavorful animal free eats.
We are always working on new items & find it very difficult to limit our offerings. We do have a few staples such as our originator, The Duchess, chocolate chip cookie, vegan ribs & house made turky!
Appreciate your sharing that. Let’s talk about your life, growing up and some of topics and learnings around that. What’s a moment that really shaped how you see the world?
MJ here, I must answer this question! I was recently diagnosed with stage 3 cancer and everything that comes having cancer has truly & completely changed how & what I choose to handle. Slowing down and living in each and every single moment allows one to no longer exist but to live and appreciate what the world has to offer each of us.
Though MJ is the one diagnosed, our entire family has been affected and we now live life with more intention and gratitude for the world we live in & everything that we are blessed with.
What fear has held you back the most in your life?
Not living up to my own expectations. Learning to embrace growth & understanding that mistakes are part of the learning journey on the path to our best self. Overcoming allows us to push forward, take more risks and flourish our growth.
I think our readers would appreciate hearing more about your values and what you think matters in life and career, etc. So our next question is along those lines. What’s a cultural value you protect at all costs?
Authenticity! Staying true to who we are and what we stand for creates genuine connections and trust, both with our team, customers and other businesses.
Okay, we’ve made it essentially to the end. One last question before you go. Could you give everything your best, even if no one ever praised you for it?
100% yes because self gratification is so very important. When you value & believe in yourself and all that you are able to do, validation & praise from others is not required but usually, happily accepted!
