What can you tell us about your story?
I’ve always felt so empowered when leaving the spa. There’s truly no better feeling, so when the opportunity presented itself to open PF Wellness & Spa with Charray, my mother, I knew it was where I wanted my life to go. I was going through a difficult time, coming out on the other side of a complicated divorce, and knew it was time for a new venture that I was truly passionate about. It didn’t take long before I was running more than just the checks and balances of the business- I started involving myself in more in the overall wellbeing of our clients. With the support of Charray, I went back to school and became two times National Laser Institute trained and graduated with my esthetician license all within a year and while still working full time.
While I was starting out, I noticed many of my clients were self-conscious about their skin. Determined to make a difference, I created my brand, Skin Esteem. My mission was to provide high-quality skincare products and services to help individuals build confidence and feel beautiful. I then quickly gained a reputation for my personalized approach to skincare, building a loyal following of clients who trust my expertise and appreciate my compassionate approach. Instead of offering a one-size-fits-all solution, I work closely with each client to identify their skin concerns and create a customized treatment plan. I also focus on educating my clients about self-care and healthy skin habits.
Skin Esteem at PF Wellness & Spa is on track to becoming a thriving business with a team of skilled aestheticians who share my passion for empowering others. Through my dedication and hard work, I can help countless individuals overcome their insecurities and feel proud of their skin. From facials, peels, and advanced treatments to high-quality skincare products, I use my brand Skin Esteem to offer various services to help individuals achieve their best skin ever. It’s a safe and welcoming space for individuals to feel confident and beautiful in their own skin, and right now, this is only the beginning!
I’m sure you wouldn’t say it’s been obstacle free, but so far would you say the journey has been fairly smooth?
I have always worn my heart on my sleeve and given everything I have to make everyone around me happy. I would always try to juggle and jump from one thing to the next with everything in my life because I always thought I could do more or be better, but I was missing out on the things I cared about and losing myself along the way. When Charray was starting to open PF Wellness & Spa, I was going through the most challenging time in my personal life. Since everything in my personal life was changing, Charray knew I needed to find something I believed in again, and she knew I had always wanted to get back into the beauty industry. Laser and esthetician training came easy since I always loved the industry and had years of experience as a makeup artist and personal growth with my skin. However, learning to run a business and build social media was new. But this industry helped my soul reignite, and I knew I was exactly where I needed to be and could do anything I set my mind to.
Because of the support I was given from the beginning with my family. Also, from Ryan, who I now get to call my wonderful fiance, I have a new appreciation for my dreams, business, and myself. I am living proof that there is always time to find happiness or start something new that you are genuinely passionate about.

I’m passionate about helping people build confidence in their skin and feel comfortable and proud of their appearance, so I created a brand where individuals can receive personalized skincare services and products tailored to their unique needs while learning the nuances of skin care.
Healthy, beautiful skin is the key to confidence and self-esteem. Skin esteem refers to the level of trust and self-esteem that a person has about the appearance and health of their skin. It’s the sense of satisfaction and pride one feels about their skin, which can be influenced by texture, tone, clarity, and overall health. Everyone deserves to feel confident and comfortable in their skin, and I’m here to help make that a reality.
In addition, I wanted to offer personalized skincare services, products, and education that would allow individuals to achieve healthy and beautiful skin while promoting self-care and healthy skin habits.
While I offer various services, including customized facials, chemical peels, microneedling, and advanced laser treatments so that I can treat all skin concerns, what I’m most passionate about is educating everyone about skincare. Skincare education is essential to achieving healthy and beautiful skin, and I am committed to helping you understand how to care for your skin correctly. Skin care can prevent premature aging, help control acne, and maintain a healthy complexion, but with so many products and treatments on the market, it can be overwhelming to know where to start.
Skincare education is about more than just selling products. It’s about empowering you to take control of your skin health and understand what works best for them. That’s why I offer FREE skincare consultations and a series of tips on my new blog to help my clients stay informed about the latest skincare trends and techniques. Everyone’s skin is unique, so I will work with you to create a customized skin care plan tailored to your needs and goals, and teach you how to continue caring for your skin even after you leave my spa.
