Hi Connie, so excited to have you with us today. What can you tell us about your story?
My journey has been one of deep loss, unwavering faith, and the fierce decision to keep going.
In March of 2020, my world completely changed. My only child, Nicholas, had a massive heart attack at age 18 and went to heaven. Losing him shattered me—not just emotionally, but physically. My grief was so profound that my body followed. I couldn’t walk. My back and knees deteriorated to the point where I ended up in a wheelchair. I was completely shut down—mind, body, and soul. I didn’t want to move forward, and my body was all too willing to agree.
But God had other plans.
A dear friend introduced me to a frequency wellness tool called the AO Scan. I had no idea what it was at the time, but I was desperate for something—anything—that would help. That tool became a turning point. With faith, frequency technology, and sheer will, I slowly progressed from a wheelchair… to a walker… to a cane… and now, I’m walking on my own and working out regularly at BioFit to rebuild my strength and reclaim my body.
Over the last five years, I’ve been using AO Scan to help restore every part of me—physically, emotionally, spiritually. Combined with my background in personal growth and development, and anchored by an unshakable faith, I not only healed—I transformed.
That transformation led to the creation of my company, Own Your Life. Today, I develop programs that help people tap into their power, rise from their pain, and pursue the life they were meant to live. I believe healing is holistic—and that it’s not always about “overcoming,” but about learning to adapt with grace.

I’m sure it wasn’t obstacle-free, but would you say the journey has been fairly smooth so far?
It’s been anything but smooth. My journey has been layered with loss, heartbreak, and radical transformation.
In the middle of grieving the passing of my only child, Nicholas, I was also navigating a divorce. Within just 15 weeks, I lost both of my parents. I became engaged and then disengaged. It felt like everything I had once known was dissolving around me.
But even in the deepest pain, I kept asking: What is God trying to teach me through this? And that question became my lifeline. Every struggle became a doorway into deeper truth and purpose.
That path—raw and real—led me to develop my signature program: The Frequency of Me. It’s a holistic system that weaves together astrology, human design, gene keys, archetypal energies, and Tikkun (our soul’s correction) to help people understand who they truly are at an energetic level.
From that space of alignment, they’re able to live in their highest Divine design—not just personally, but professionally. I guide clients to identify their dream ideal clients based on their own energetic blueprint, so they can attract and serve the people they’re uniquely here to bless.
All of this—every insight, every tool, every teaching—was born from my own sacred struggle. And now I get to help others turn their pain into power, too.

How do you think about happiness?
What makes me happiest is witnessing transformation—especially when someone remembers who they truly are.
There’s something incredibly fulfilling about watching a woman go from doubt, disconnection, or overwhelm… to clarity, confidence, and flow. When she realizes she’s not broken—just out of alignment—and that her desires were never wrong, just misunderstood through someone else’s lens… that moment lights me up.
What makes me happy is when energy shifts.
When someone says: “I’ve never felt more like myself.”
When tears of release flow because something finally clicks—in their body, their chart, their story. That’s joy for me.
On a deeper level, what truly makes me happy is living in alignment with my Divine Design.
That means:
Creating from intuition, not pressure.
