Our story started in 1993 when our founder, Alan Thome, created a business with the goal to provide high-level service at a fair price. Just like in 1993, that goal drives Castlewood Plumbing Company today.
Today, Alan’s son Matt Thome leads Castlewood Plumbing Company and carries on his father’s vision of providing unmatched customer service and dependable solutions at a fair price.
Formerly Thome Plumbing Co., Castlewood Plumbing has proudly served St. Louis County residents and business owners for over 30 years. As a family-owned and operated company, we are driven by our passion for helping people and delivering the highest level of service.
We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
Being a family owned business things can always be tough, the rebranding was tough to get out there to the community. It took a few years for our customers to know we were formerly Thome Plumbing and are now Castlewood but we loved the challenge.
