Alright, so thank you so much for sharing your story and insight with our readers. To kick things off, can you tell us a bit about how you got started?
What started many years ago as lead aesthetician, Jill Alaimo‘s passion of providing one amazing facial for her clients, has turned into a growing business. Together with our ambition of providing a peaceful and beautiful place for our Aestheticians to do what they love, all while eliminating the stress of upcharging facials and selling products. We guide clients to their best skin ever. This core value is underlying to everything we do, make beautiful skin simple.

At the only facial, we offer a comprehensive multi-step facial treatment to make skin glow and relax their psyche every time we meet. Clients will prepare themselves to be wowed and clamoring to return every month for skin improvement that is customized to their skin goals specifically.

Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
Nothing is ever a smooth road. Every business goes through obstacles. COVID-19 was our most recent one, as it was for many small businesses. As we navigated through face masks and many city rules changing, we have made our way through and came out stronger in the end. We have grown our business and expect to keep thriving. We are so thankful for the community that we have around us.

Great, so let’s talk business. Can you tell our readers more about what you do and what you think sets you apart from others?
At The Only Facial, we strive to make skincare simple. We offer one comprehensive facial at one set price that is completely customized to each person and their specific goals and needs. We have taken the guesswork out. We do not up-charge, sell products, or except gratuity. We are most proud of growing our community and educating our clients, helping them feel like their best selves. Our goal is to create trustworthy relationships with our clients and make sure they have the information and tools that they need to reach their skincare goals and have us to fall back on as we work through their journey.

What sort of changes are you expecting over the next 5-10 years?
We see the industry growing immensely in the next 5 to 10 years. There is always new technology and new techniques coming out. We are seeing a change in people wanting to take care of their skin at an earlier age to prevent damage. We are so excited to be part of that growth.
