Myiesha, a huge thanks to you for investing the time to share your wisdom with those who are seeking it. We think it’s so important for us to share stories with our neighbors, friends and community because knowledge multiples when we share with each other. Let’s jump in: What is something outside of work that is bringing you joy lately?
Dancing, preparing food, spiritual audiobooks, Auntie duties, playing dress up, naps…. A lot of things.
Can you briefly introduce yourself and share what makes you or your brand unique?
Aloha. I’m Myiesha “Eesh” Henderson—a fashion designer, stylist, and lifestyle content creator. I’m originally from St. Louis, Missouri, and I’ve been living in Hawaii since late 2023.
My work is all about blending fashion, travel, and intentional living into something that feels personal and expressive. I enjoy curating experiences—whether it’s through style, visuals, or environments—that reflect who I am and how I want to show up in the world.
A lot of my inspiration comes from my surroundings, and living on the Big Island has definitely influenced my creative direction. The energy here is boho, relaxed, and all about sustainability, so I’ve been doing a lot more with up-cycled and natural materials. In fact, my last collection was mostly made from repurposed materials, and I was honored to showcase it at Fashion Week Hawaii last year.
Fashion will always be my foundation, but I’ve been feeling called to explore real estate and business development too. I started working part-time with a friend’s property management company and recently enrolled in a real estate course. Im enjoying finding ways to merge the different worlds, and I’m all about aesthetics, so I’ve been having fun getting dressed for work, creating more business style content, etc. I’m also inspired to create more ‘Business Baddie’ attire- which will be incorporated into the next collection.
Amazing, so let’s take a moment to go back in time. Who saw you clearly before you could see yourself?
My momma. She always encouraged me to explore my interests and made sure I had the tools and space to do it. Whether it was performing arts, fashion, or something random I was into that week—she showed up, supported me faithfully, and still does to this day.
What fear has held you back the most in your life?
Imposter syndrome.

Peace/Alignment… my loved ones…. And my outfit. lol.
