Hi Tamara , thank you for taking the time to reflect back on your journey with us. I think our readers are in for a real treat. There is so much we can all learn from each other and so thank you again for opening up with us. Let’s get into it: What’s more important to you—intelligence, energy, or integrity?
Although all three intelligence, energy, & integrity are all important factors in my life. I would have to go with integrity being the meaning is valuable to me. The quality of being honest and having strong moral principles that you refuse, I believe in stand for something or fall for everything will take you far in life. Having a voice in a crowd of silence.
Can you briefly introduce yourself and share what makes you or your brand unique?
Hello, I am Tamara B. owner of MM & HE co. A beauty company with a mission to increase self esteem by inspiring beauty, quality, confidence. I have been in business for 7 years as of 08/30/2025. Entrepreneurship has been a journey for me, learning so much along the way, while accomplishing so much more . I have built my faith as well as resilience, being you will fail, just make sure you continue to strive for your purpose.
Thanks for sharing that. Would love to go back in time and hear about how your past might have impacted who you are today. What breaks the bonds between people—and what restores them?
I believe what breaks a bond between people is loyalty & being honest . A lie can change a bond, the truth will set you free from. You cannot trust a liar but a person that will tell the truth even when it hurts is a person you can trust to be loyal to you . I believe what restores a bond is accountability for actions. An accountability person is a person who has learned from their mistakes and wants to be better . If you cannot be accountable we cannot move forward because you have not learned from your mistakes.
If you could say one kind thing to your younger self, what would it be?
“ It gets easier, don’t be so hard on yourself “

Yes, I don’t change my life for views or attention. I am very true I take pride in being real & carry myself the same in all areas of life . Nothing more nothing less .
