We recently had the chance to connect with Tiffany Perfect and have shared our conversation below.
Hi Tiffany, thank you so much for taking time out of your busy day to share your story, experiences and insights with our readers. Let’s jump right in with an interesting one: What are you chasing, and what would happen if you stopped?
I am chasing my own dreams. I remember when I was young watching Janet Jackson wishing I could sing, dance and act. I knew I wanted to be on tv and in magazines. It makes me feel good to be doing what I dreamt of doing as a child. So if I stopped I would be letting myself down because this is the first goal I remember making to myself.
Can you briefly introduce yourself and share what makes you or your brand unique?
I’m Tiffany Perfect, and my journey has been a beautiful evolution. I started out in modeling, which opened the door for me to work in music videos and then walk in fashion shows. Each step built my confidence and taught me something new about my creativity and presence. Now, I’ve transitioned into acting, and I’m proud to be working on films that allow me to not just be seen, but to tell stories that matter.
What makes my brand special is that it’s rooted in growth and authenticity. I’ve created space for myself to explore fashion, entertainment, and storytelling without putting limits on where I can go. Whether it’s on screen, on the runway, or on my YouTube channel, I’m always bringing my full self, showing that you can evolve, rebuild, and keep shining through every chapter. I’m about to be 42 most people don’t believe me when I tell them I have stories, crazy experiences and still I know there is so much more to come.
When I think about what’s next for me more photoshoots, fashion shows, making YouTube videos and of course movies.
Great, so let’s dive into your journey a bit more. What part of you has served its purpose and must now be released?
Honestly, being a yes man and being scared to say no. For a long time I thought always saying yes would keep the peace, but really it just left me drained and quiet. That chapter taught me a lot, but now I’m learning to put myself first, set boundaries, and not be afraid to stand on my no.
I would do things for people that I know wouldn’t do anything for me. Do hair, give rides, work on my days off. Then I would be sad when I had no one to talk to. Since I started saying no and started putting me 1st, at least half of the BS is cut out of my life.
What fear has held you back the most in your life?
The fear of trying something and failing. Just that fear alone held me back from traveling, applying for jobs and new things in general. I had to realize that I am a hard worker at everything I do so why be afraid. If I do fail at least I can say I did it and keep trying without letting fear lead me.
So a lot of these questions go deep, but if you are open to it, we’ve got a few more questions that we’d love to get your take on. Is the public version of you the real you?
Absolutely not, when I’m not in the public eye I read books, play the sims, watch wrestling and documentaries. Yes I still like dressing up but I’m most comfortable in my bed cuddling with my dog.
Okay, so let’s keep going with one more question that means a lot to us: What do you think people will most misunderstand about your legacy?
That I am just a model….. I am a mother, I’ve held a cosmetology license, pharmacy tech license, I am getting a degree and I am a Christian. I am more than just a beautiful woman I am an educated woman.
